The Awesome Trio Has Problems

After finding a bowling ally and doing that for an hour, the trio decided to finally use the coins Alfred paid for.

First up was a riveting game of Skee ball. They weren't doing as well as they would've liked to. But out of the corner of Mathias' eye he spotted a machine with a peculiar default. He pointed it out and the group ran over to the skee ball machine. Gilbert got up on the machine's lane. Alfred paid for a round of the game and started to pull balls out of the slot. Mathias decided to play look out. He covered Gilbert so he wouldn't get in trouble for standing on the game. Alfred started handing the balls to Gilbert who, in turn, dropped them into the whole that would give them the highest point value and tickets. How could he just drop them in? The wire gate on the game was broken. Easy win!

Just as they finished the game and were about to start a new one they heard Mathias hisses "Get down! Employee coming!"

Gilbert jumped down and Alfred started up a new game on the machine next to the broken one.

"What are you boys doing?" The familiar Ukrainian lady interrogated them with a smile.

Gilbert slyly walked around the corner and put his arm around her shoulders. "Hey Frua Katerina, I didn't know you worked here!"

She gave him a dark smile that chilled him to the core. As if the as if she excluded the hatred of Playboys from every woman to ever live. She plucked his arm up with two fingers and removed his arm.

"Well, I do, Spasibo." She retorts. "Now, what are you three doing?"

"Playing this super fun game, dudette." Alfred answers. "What are you doing?"

Alfred continues to play the game while Katerina squints at him suspiciously. She begins to say something before she's interrupted.

"Hey guys! I got the food!" A quiet, nervous, voice says trying to act as chearful as it can. "Oh what's happening?"

"Oh! Hello Matthew! I didn't know that you where with them." Katerina smiles sweetly at the nervous boy. "I trust your not letting them get themselves into trouble."

"O-oh! Of course! You can trust me, uh... ma'am."

"You can call me Katerina if you want."

"O-oh! Sure!"

"Well, I'll see you all at school tomorrow I hope! Do svidaniya!"

"Bye!..." Matthew says chearfully and trails off. He turns and gives the trio a stern. "What are you guys doing here?"

"Um... Playing games and hanging out? What are you doing Isbjørn?" Mathias asked curiously.

"What?! M-me?! huh, oh... Um I, uh..." Matthew turns and looks towards Katerina. Katerina notices and smiles at him. He blushes and turns back around.

Alfred stares at his twin brother for a moment and processes what just happened. His eyes widen. "Maddie!" He gasps "Is SHE the reason your here!? Omg! My bro has a cru-"

Matthew clasps his hands over Alfred's mouth. "Shhhhhh! Alfred! Please don't!"

Gilbert chuckles to himself as the whole scene plays out. Who would have thought that birdie would have a crush on Katerina. She's Ivan's sister so no one dared to even look at her. "Well I'm happy for you birdie!"

"T-thanks... Wait what am I thanking you for?! You all should be thanking me for saving your asses!"

"You're right birdie! Here come with the awesome me! Let me thank you properly." Gilbert smiles as he puts a hand on Matthew's shoulder. "We'll be back soon. Don't worry!"

"Hey! Can you grab me a coke your awesomeness? This hero needs a drink but can't stop playing!"

"The king commands you get him a Pepsi! The superior drink!"

Alfred stops dead in his tracks. "What did you just say princey?" His voice dark and irritated.

"You heard me dit svin."

"Square up!"

Gilbert spins Matthew around and pushes him while walking behind him. "We need to get out of here before there's an all out war! We gotta run birdie!"

"Ahh! Ok!" Matthew yells nervously.
