Chapter 23

~Karlye's .P.O.V.- 12 o'clock at night~

I couldn't go to sleep at all. I kept having that same dream that I had last night. I walked out of Jake's room and went to get a drink of water. I grabbed a glass and filled it with water. I sat down on the couch. It was quiet and peaceful. I kept drinking my water until Charley walked in. He didn't have a shirt on and all his tattoos were showing and it looked really hot.

"Karlye, why are you up so late?" Charley asked. He was still a little sleepy.

"I couldn't get any rest." I said.

"Do you mind if I stay out here with you?" Charley asked.

"I don't mind." I said and he sat down next to me on the couch.

"How are you doing?"

"I am doing a lot better, I think. The pain is going down and it doesn't hurt as bad as it did before." I said with a smile.

"That is good! I am glad that my girl is doing better."

"Awwww! Thanks Charley!" I gave him a hug. He hugged me back and didn't seem to let go. I started to feel a little sleepy and I quickly fell asleep on Charley's chest.

"Karlye, get up love. Don't fall asleep. I am going to take you back to Jake's room, okay love." Charley started shaking me to wake me up. I woke up but I was still a little sleepy.

"Okay Charley!" I said and I got up and Charley walked me to Jake's room and he walked back to his room. I crawled back into bed with Jake still sleeping and I feel back asleep.
