(Snow POV)

Snowflower finally managed to cut through the chain, it was nearly dawn. She was exhausted.

Snow slipped out of the now loose chains and tip-toed towards her sword, which was across the room in a pouch. She could clearly see the blade, it glimmered silver in the lessening moonlight.

She grabbed the golden handle, she smiled with determination. Snow knew she could escape.

"Ugh...." Someone moaned, Snow froze. She turned around, across the room was Deadnose. He was slowly waking up.

Snow growled under her breath, he could compromise her plan to escape.

Deadnose was slowly coming to. He was rubbing his eye with a dirty, hideous paw. Snow wrinkled her nose in disgust.

The young mouse gulped and walked quietly towards the exit of the prison where she had been kept.

Her sword was held high. Ready to strike, she cautiously weaved around the sleeping vermin that scattered around the dirty floor.

Her heartbeat was swift. Her eyes narrowed and her ears alert.

Snow walked towards the opening. She could see the fields and trees. The moon seemed to be disappearing and was beginning to be replaced by the Sun.

"Wait a second...." Deadnose growled," ESCAPE!" He yelled and jumped to his feet, dagger in hand.

"ESCAPED SLAVE!" He hollered and spotted Snow standing in the entrance. She froze, ' Oh no...' she thought nervously

Snow had been spotted. She had been caught trying to escape. But she hadn't been actually caught. She could still get away!

"Skinpaw! Deadnose! Vitch!" Slagar snarled as he stood up," Catch that slave. "

Snow growled, her eyes narrowed. She raised her sword.

Snow then ran, she ran as fast as she could. She ran even though she was exhausted. She ran even though her sword weighed her down. She ran be because she needed to get to freedom.
