Tell you that I love you

This oneshot is a confession scenario based on TheKingOfSING's chapter 9 'Speaking Up' in Pawblo's Story.

After meeting and rescuing Quinn, the crew is still tailed by the Infinity Guard. After a discussion with Hue, Gary, and Quinn, both Gary, Mooncake, and Quinn have decided to harness the solar rays of a dying star while KVN, Pawblo, and Avocato stay on the ship fighting the hacked S.A.M.E.S, after destroying some hacked S.A.M.E.S, they ran into a storage room and locked the door. Pawblo suggested to get to HUE's mainframe through a ventilation system, he and Avocato were deciding who will do it, until KVN head towards the vent.

KVN: "Wish me luck, guys."

Pawblo & Avocato: "Hey KVN! KVN! KVN! KVN!"

KVN: "KVN! KVN! KVN!"

KVN starts chanting, Pawblo and Avocato decides to let him and wait.

A few minutes have passed and Avocato and Pawblo just stood up in the room waiting for KVN to come back. It was quite, until Pawblo decides to break the silence.

Pawblo: "Well, this sucks."

Avocato: "Tell me about. Well...since we're here, Pawblo, may I ask you something?"

Pawblo: "Sure, Avocato."

Avocato: "Well, I don't know much but, what do you do for a living?"

Pawblo: "I was on Tera Con Prime, just...holding out the best I could."

Avocato: "What about family?"

Pawblo: "I was abandoned at the age of four."

Avocato: "Oh, I'm sorry for asking."

Pawblo: "It's fine, It wasn't their fault. Maybe they didn't have the money to care for me. Besides it wasn't that bad, I stayed in an abandoned building, all my life. I saved up credits. Got jobs whenever I could, and one day I was even considering becoming a bounty hunter, but I kept pushing the idea away, until now."

Soon, a few tear streams down Pawblo's cheek, rethinking about his life but is glad to be with new people here in the Galaxy One.

Pawblo: "But despite that, I'm just glad to be here with all of you."

Avocato wrapped his arms around Pawblo and hugs him.

Avocato: "We're glad to have you too, Pawblo. I'm...glad to have you as a friend."

Pawblo: "Thanks, I needed that."

They both stood there in silence until Pawblo soon speaks up.

Pawblo: "Hey Avocato? Can I tell you something?"

Avocato: "Anything, Pawblo."

Pawblo: "Well...I just wanna say that I...I-I lo.."

Avocato: "What? I don't understand."

Pawblo takes a deep breath.

Pawblo: "I...love you, Avocato."

Pawblo had a small blush on his face, Avocato's eyes were widen and he as well had a blush on his face.

Avocato: "You...love me?"

Pawblo: "Yeah...I wanted to let you know. At first, I was nervous but, I decided that this was the right ti-HMPH!"

Avocato grabs Pawblo's chin and pulled him for a kiss. Pawblo first was shocked at Avocato's action but, soon closed his eyes and kissed back. They soon pull away.
