I think Toga would fit this story so i have it a shot (please let me know if I should do more girls, even though it's hard on my side since I'm a gay male^^')

I shouldn't have ran into this dark creepy alleyway but I was too scared at the moment that I just ran away from that person. Its just a girl but she can seriously cause some harm.
(Flashback)
"Cmon (y/n)! It'll be a quick huff!" One of my friends exclaimed at me as she pulled at my sleeve to take a huff of her cigarette. I wasn't really into that kind of stuff so I politely declined.
"You're such a wimp!" She said as she turned her back towards me and walked forward into an empty alley. She leaned across the wall and took out her lighter to lit up her cigarette.
I sighed and looked to the other side as saw just normal people walking in the sidewalks just minding their own business. I just hope my friend hurries up so we can head home.
"Alright lets head back it's getting dar-" I turned around scratching at the back of my neck really bothered until I saw some sort of a flash and my friend had blood gushing out of her neck.
Her screaming was tremendously loud as I was taken back that I fell to my bottom onto the floor. I was scared as to what might have caused that but the person that did was right in front of me.
It looked like a teenage girl with blond hair with buns. She was holding a knife with my friends blood on it. My friend fell numb to the floor with a loud, gushy sound as her blood continued to gush out.
"W-What is-" I was confused out of my mind as the girl turned to look at me. She had a big smile on her red face as her eyes were big like as if stars were on them. "I finally found you!" She said as she started to smile and mostly gush about how she was trying her hardest to find me.
It took me some time and then it hit me. It was toga himiko, the infamous man killer. She has been chasing and killing young teenage boys she finds an interest in. I quickly wrapped up my mind and shoved her out of my way and ran to the alleyway instead of the streets.
(Flashback end)
I kept running around in zig zags so I'll slow her down but I could hear her laughing right on my tail. I turned a corner and my heart dropped from my chest. A walk was displayed and I got cornered into my own death trap. I started to panic and breathe hard. I didn't want to die like this.
I turned around and saw her smiling her big smile at me while playing with her knife. "Awe! It was a short run for you!" She playfully said as she inches closer to me and I inched backwards.
"I can finally have you by myself!" She gushed as I fell down and started to whimper and cry. "Please...please don't do this!" I plead for my life but all she did was laugh and mock me. She kept laughing and laughing until a sudden ring was heard in the open echo.
It was like some sort of cellphone. She stopped laughing and searched in her pocket and a phone came out and she quickly answered. "Hello?!~" she said with a very high pitch tone. Some male voice was heard on the other side and he did not sound happy. She huffed angrily and stomped her foot.
She ended her call and slipped her phone back at her pocket with an angry expression. "Always have to interrupt me. I'll see you later cutie!' She said as she waved me goodbye and ran to the exit of the alley. "Hey! You're not getting away!" I yelled gaining my confidence back but as I turned the corner to the exit, she was gone.
"Dammit!" I yelled angrily but I loosened up. I quickly went to where my dead friend laid and quickly called police to investigate togas location and such. I called my friends relatives and friends to notify the news as well. I was sitting in the police office about to do my report as I heard a soft tap on the glass window next to me.
I turned slowly as to what might it be and I jumped out of my seat in fear. Toga was there with her face pressed against the window. Her hot harsh breath was causing a little fog to form. She placed her finger to draw some sort of shape and I noticed her bloodied hands.
As I was about to cry out for help, she drew a heart and smashed her chapped lips into the glass window and moved away from it and disappeared to the darkness. I was in too much shock that I wasn't able to process what had happened until minutes after. To this day, I was scared for my safety.
