1. You trip and fall into a puddle and fall...Into another dimension.
2. Your character is in a (city, country, etc.) where there are no worries. No diseases, no illnesses, no natural disasters. Everything seems like a utopia. Until the leader of that place makes your character their new assistant, and reveals the dark secret on how everything is maintained.
3. There's been a World War III, where all the nations agree to 50 years of strict isolation from one another to prevent any additional conflicts. 50 years later, turns out nobody actually followed the strict isolation, except for your nation.
4. The girl looked up and smiled at the guy. His blood ran cold. She shouldn't be able to see him.
5. Your an assassin who has a sixth sense. You help spirits get revenge on the wrongs that were done to them.
6. You are cursed. Every good deed you do decreases your time to live. Doing evil deeds increases your time to live.
7. You have an ability where you can see someone's age above their head, and only you. Until one day you see a four digit number.
8. Your on a road trip, and hear something in the trunk. You ignore it as your imagination, but then one of your tires pop. You stop the car, opening the trunk, and find three small puppies. You pick them up, and the three puppies turns out to be a puppy with three heads. There's a collar that says Cerberus. One heck of a big boi. If found, return to the underworld. 666-666-6666.
9. You've accidentally went to hell instead of heaven. Satan says to just wait out, and let him and God settle this. But you start liking the thought of staying in hell.
10. Your born blind. But sometimes you can see people in the darkness. You saw you grandmother once, but she died the day you saw her in your head. Now, you can see everybody who's in the room except your dad's visitor.
