Authors note || this is probably going to be a four part chapter, but maybe just two. ||

Kara sat in Alex's car, listening to her chat with her friends. She was bored. She hated that they were stuck in traffic. She turned her head.

"How on earth did you know that Kate Kane gave me a look?" She asked Alex. Laurel piped up.

"perks of having a baby sister being best friends with your best friends baby sister" she told them.

"Huh?" The other girls asked, clearly confused. Causing Laurel to roll her eyes but smile softly.

"Perks of me, Laurel, having a baby sister, who is Sara, who's best friends with you, kara. And Because I'm best friends with Alex, I get all the gossip on you and your friends fast. duh" she said as she clicked her tongue.

"Ohhh" the others replied.

"Why didn't Sara come with?" Kara asked.

"She has a meeting today with counsel" Laurel replied. Kara nodded and turned her head to see they were out of the traffic jam. Alex took a left and they were near Kara & Alex's house.

"Oh shit!" Alex said, suddenly stopping her car.

There stood in the middle of their street. A boy. Kara realized him right away. The kid is a boy named Cayden James. He is not the most cool or popular kid in school. In fact, he's bullied by none other than the most popular kids in the school.

Cayden pointed a gun towards Alex's car & took a finger, pointing at Kara.

"Oh my God" Laurel said. "What do we do? Do we call the police?" She asked, frantic, "should I call my dad, Alex?" She asked again.

"No, don't do anything. " Kara instructed. She unlocked her door.

"Kara, what the hell? What are you doing?" A scared Alex asked, Kara gave her a look and Alex caught on fast. "there's no way. You are not going out there. No way. He could kill you"

"He'll kill all of us if I don't" Kara replied. She opened the door and stepped out, ignoring her friends protests. Holding her hands in the air as if it were a cop.

"Hello, Kara" Cayden said. Pointing the gun at her. "I hear you broke up with Mike"

Kara nodded, she tried to be brave but she was terrified. This was a suicide mission. "Yes, Yes I did" she replied.

"He went back to bullying me. He promised to stop once you found out. But he's back" Cayden said.

"I'm sorry Michael is bullying you, again, I can talk to him if you-" Cayden cut her off.

"Shut up! You're no better. You're just a cold stoned bitch. Like the rest of your friends" he said, pointing the gun to Alex's car. He saw the other girls scream in fear.

"Cayden. You're issue is with me, remember? If you want to talk it out. We can. Just please. Do not hurt my friends" she begged. Cayden just laughed.

"You broke up with Mike so he could go back to bullying me. Didn't you?" He asked. He had a tone to him that scared Kara shitless, but she had to talk him down to get him to put the gun away.

"No, I didn't. I broke up with Michael because he was being a douche bag. I'm really sorry he has continued to hurt you, Cayden. I promise, if you let my friends and I go. I can help you" she tells him.
