Plan B revealed!

Seulgi's POV

As soon as we entered the vicinity, I tried so hard to hide my face. I'm so afraid that patients and employees will recognize me and soon Irene will ask questions.

I was just looking at Irene from far. Everything looks okay as she talks stories with her partner patient when I saw eomma approached her. Holy shit, she recognized her and wait is she holding a rock? Where did she even get that?

"Are you the president's daughter?" I hear her asked Irene.

"Yes ajumma, it's me."

"Because of your family I lost my husband. I lost my family." Then I saw she's about to hit Irene with the rock. What the heck! What's going on with her? I immediately jumped on the scene and stopped her.

"Stop it eomma. You don't want to hurt her. That's not you." Then she started crying. 

"Why are you stopping me Seulgi?"

"Eomma. it wasn't her fault. It's appa's job to protect them. He knows the danger and what he have signed up for."

"But he's all I have."

"That's not true eomma. I'm still her. I'm your daughther."

"How many times should I tell you that you are not my child?" Everybody around me were surprised except for me of course. She always say that in my face.

"You're that bitch's child." O_O Okay that's new. Who's that bitch that she's referring to? Is that my real mother?

"Eomma, who are you talking about?"

"She was your father's-----" Then a group of nurse hold her arm and dragged her away from her. "Wait, what are you saying eomma?" I was gonna run into her but they stopped me. "We're sorry Ms. Kang but this is not the good time to talk to her." "But-" "Please, you're just going to worsen her case."

I wasn't able to do anything. Now, I'm convinced that she wasn't her mom. But who is she? and why did they hide it from me? Why did appa didn't say anything? I was so frustrated right now. Uggghhhh

"Seulgi, tell me the truth. Why is your mother here?" Great! I forget about Irene. Oh my goodness, this is such a mess. I just look at her and didn't say anything when Jennie talked to her.

"Irene, it's not the time for that. We're here for the charity event. Let's focus on that." Then she sighed. "You were right. We'll talk later Seulgi." Then she left me and she focused on the event. "Thank you so much." I whispered to Jennie. She hold my arm and said. "You're welcome. She'll be fine, don't worry."

Irene's POV

She called the lady eomma. I was so right, she's her mother. But why did she hide it from me kowing that we'll come here? Is it because she's trying to protect me? Does she lost herself when ahjussi died? Shit, Seulgi lost everything because of me.

She tried to tell her mom that I have nothing to do with it. How can she still defend me in front of her mom?

"How many times should I tell you that you are not my child?" Everybody around her were surprised except for her. I wonder if she knew it already. So she wasn't Seulgi's biological mom?

"You're that bitch's child." Then I saw her surprised face. I'm so confused. What's going on?

"Eomma, who are you talking about?" she asked desperately.

"She was your father's-----" Ajumma wasn't able to continue cause the nurse came and took her. I came up to her and said.

"Seulgi, tell me the truth. Why is your mother here?" She's just looking at me without saying anything. Then Jennie came.

"Irene, it's not the time for that. We're here for the charity event. Let's focus on that." Then I sighed. "You were right. We'll talk later Seulgi." Then I left her and focused on the event. The event went well even though we had that scene earlier. We're very lucky that the media wasn't allowed inside the vicinity so only people inside knew what happened.

We were in the car going home when we had the chance to talk.

"Okay Seulgi. Now it's only you and me. Can you please tell me what happened earlier?

"I'm sorry I didn't tell you. When appa died she has lost herself too. I had to put her in that institution cause I can't handle her anymore and besides most of the time, I wasn't home.I'm afraid, she might do something crazy while I'm away. Now if you're going to ask me too, if she was really my mom? The answer is I don't know yet." Oh my gosh, she had to experience all of those things by herself. She had been through so much. My heart was shattered into million pieces. I wasn't gonna cry but I hold it up cause I don't her to feel that I pity her.

She smiled to me and said. "I know what you're thinking right now Irene. But you don't have to feel sorry. Look at where I am right now. I was able to reach my dreams though originally I want to be a PBG like appa. I'm so glad that I was assigned to be your BG though I admit at first I don't really like you cause remember hell 101?" She chuckled then hold my hand. " I hope what my eomma did to you won't make you feel guilty again. The things that happened were not your fault and it will never be yours. Like I said appa loves you and he won't be happy to see you suffer for carrying the weight of his death." Now I can't hold my tears anymore. "I've moved on, my eommo will soon move on so you should move on too. Beside you make me so happy lately."

Shit. What did I do to deserve her love? I think I can't do my plan B anymore. She had been into so much heart ache before, I think I won't be able to break her heart again. I just, I can't. I don't want to see her cry anymore. Maybe there will be another way to protect her, but not the way I thought at first. 

"Thank you so much Seulgi."

(The next day, in the office)

"Hello Irene, where do you want to put it?" I asked Seulgi to put away some things in the storage.

"Just put in anywhere there," I replied then I saw Yeri came inside the room. I really need to tell her something.

"Got it bye." she said then I put my phone down.

"Yeri, I'm aborting my Plan B with Seulgi. She's been through a lot, I don't think I can do it."

"I told you already, making her fall for you then breaking her heart later on just to get rid of her wasn't a good plan after all."

"Now I will------" "Hmmm unnie, are you on call with somebody? Cause it looks like it's still on." Then she pointed out at my phone. My eyes widen.

What the hell! I thought she have ended the call. Oh shit! She might have heard us. Oh no..please ...no...no... no. I was shaking when I hold my phone.

"Hello Seulgi, are you still there?" I'm so nervous right now.

"I'm here. I've heard everything Irene." Then she ended the call. Shit ....shit... shit.... I was gonna run into her when a group of men stopped me. Holy shit, not again!
