Evie's pov:
I could tell Bens heart was racing as our parents walked in to the room they talked and talked then Ben said
"I have made my first proclamation"
"What is it" says my mom in surprise that he made one so... fast
"I have decided I want to bring over the children from the isle we start with a couple I have already picked them" Ben says happily and scared
"Who are their parents" my Dad said
"Cruella De Vil," Ben says scared as my dad shakes his head in agreement "Jafar," Ben says getting more scared I can tell by the look on his face "and Maleficent." The designer drops his stuff and looks up in shock my mom faints then comes back up in a second my dad well he
"MALEFICENT SHES THE MOST EVIL OF THEM ALL" yells my dad the designer leaves the room and I sit up
"Their children are innocent" Ben complains back
"You guys gave me a chance from the orphanage" I sat in defense of Ben
"She has a point plus I gave you a second chance" my mom says to my dad me and Bens hearts were both pounding now thinking of what they would say I was terrified for my dads answer thinking he would say something like NO NEVER THEY ARE SO EVIL YOU CAN'T JUST DO THAT or something like that but he came out with
"I guess their children deserve a chance" my dad says calmly me and Ben had as much shock as the designer and our mom but we were so happy when that left I said to Ben
"Well done you finally had the guts to say it"
"Well what did you want me to do nothing?" Ben explains back I just laugh and leave the room later me and Ben are outside with Audrey right beside Ben as always and we are waiting for them to come. When they finally come the boy with brown hair says to me "hello foxy" I just look at him and glare then turn back to the other two as Ben gives them an unnecessary speech we go to show them inside the school and once we are in there we saw Doug and Audrey said
"Doug will tell you everything else" Ben then adds
"If you have questions" then Audrey rudely interrupts by saying
"Ask Doug" then she pulls me and Ben put if there once I am in my room all I can think about is that brown haired boy. Oh no I forgot to ask Ben their names! Well I should go ask him now
"Ben what are the new kids names" I ask
"The white haired boy is Carlos the brown haired boy is Jay and the purple haired girl is Mal" he says after reading it off paper because he wouldn't remember I leave only thinking about Jay because he was so cute and
"AHHHHHHHH" I hear someone screaming I run to fine out what was going on and there was an intruder in the school the person had a gun and was going straight for one of the new kids room I ran over to see what I could do but they saw me and grabbed me when they saw Jay they said
"If you come any closer I will kill her" he said I could tell it was a boy voice and I recognized it but couldn't put a face to it so many thoughts were running through through my mind next thing I know I hear a gunshot then blackness
