Chapter 42
It has been years have passed, everyone has moved on it seems, somehow everything has gone normal, although Rei still dispatching some rogue Holes and the Land of Nobles and the surrounding lands are still feuding with the Land of Pearl. Hishigo remember this day, it was the day Midela died, he visits her shrine mostly every day, and same goes with Shinji, Kensei, and Kelly while the others came whenever. Everyone has gathered to celebrate her memory as Hishigo is running late when suddenly, "I'll see you tomorrow" a woman said, "okay see you" and another woman said as Hishigo pause for a moment because he thought he heard her voice, he keeps on looking around to find that voice, but it seems like impossible which such noisy crowd and he might have been just hallucinating because it is the day she died after all.
He came in, in the Warehouse panting, "You are late" Shinji said, "I know" Hishigo said, "are you okay?" Kelly asked "nothing, well I thought that I heard her voice, I was looking for it but... anyways what did I miss?" he said rambling on, "you're hallucinating" Iyori said, "maybe, but it sounded like her and the feeling that I felt, I can't explain it" Hishigo said as Kensei looks on.
Meanwhile Captain Commander noticed that the dimensions shifted slightly, and it seems like there is something wrong and he dispatched Rei to investigate. As Rei head out, he paused for a moment and look around the crowd, he heard something, seems familiar, a voice in the crowd he can't pin point. It wasn't clear though what it was, but it seems clear that the voice he heard was from Midela, but since he can't pin point where it is he just left and go on to investigate.
