"Biana did well," he commented. "The dress is a nice touch."

I smiled a thanks and my eyes landed on Linh. "Truth or dare?"

"Truth," Linh replied without missing a beat.

My brain went through various questions before I finally asked, "What is the grossest thing you have ever consumed?"

Linh seemed to gag just thinking about it. "Easily the time Tam made me eat frozen spiders."

Everyone seemed to shudder.

"That was years ago. We were both maybe eight at the time," Tam explained before smiling. "But you should've seen how grossed out my parents were. They inspected everything Linh ate for another month."

"Enough of that, it's my turn!" Linh turned to her brother. "What's it going to be, Tammy? Truth or dare?"

"Dare."

"I dare you to shave your head."

Tam shook his head. "No deal."

Linh pouted. "Ugh. What do you want your punishment to be?"

"I will remove an article of clothing," Tam replied, unpinning his cape. Linh swirled some water into a sphere and splashed it in his face. Tam smirked as the water dripped down from his bangs.

"You're really going to let him go that easy?" Keefe whined.

Tam turned towards him. "Aha! My victim."

"Dare. Just don't make it anything dangerous OK." Keefe combed his pink curls with his fingers. "Dex, when does this stuff wear off?" He asked, staring at the pink monstrosity on his head.

"I'll give you the antidote at the end of the game," Dex promised, his smile quickly flashing his dimples.

"I'm excited for this," Biana whispered to me as Tam thought about his dare.

"I dare you to add purple streaks to your hair," Tam decided.

"I don't have a solution for that," Dex said when everyone looked at him.

"I figured," Tam said, whipping out a purple marker from a hidden pocket. "You can have Biana color it."

Biana squealed as she grabbed the marker from Tam and practically skipped over to where Keefe was sitting.

"While they're busy," Fitz started while pointing to where Biana was adding purple to Keefe's ringlets, "why doesn't Keefe take his turn."

"I'm going for you, Fitzy," He said with a smirk as Biana moved onto another bit of hair. "Truth or dare?"

"Truth, I guess." Fitz shrugged.

"So answer truthfully. What animals would we all be if we suddenly turned into some?"

"I would be a Albertosaurus, Tam would be a T-Rex, Linh would be a Murcat, Dex would be a Tomple, Biana would be a Flareadon, you would be an Imp, and Sophie would be an Alicorn," Fitz finished.

"Why am I a Flareadon?" Biana asked, taking a break from Keefe's hair.

"You're fiery." Fitz dodged the punch that Biana threw at him.

I was still shocked at Fitz's last explanation. Does he really thing I'm beautiful and majestic like an Alicorn? I thought to myself, letting my heart flutter a bit before I convinced myself that Fitz and I were just friends and that he was just complimenting me like friends do. But that still didn't stop my stomach from flipping a few times as Fitz turned to me.

"Truth or dare?" He asked me, flashing a perfect movie star smile that made my cheeks turn hot.

"Truth," I answered, cooling my face down.

"Do you miss your human family?" He asked, his voice barely more than a whisper.

"Yes" I said staring at the ground a tear trickling down my cheek. Biana gaped at Fitz  giving him the look again, then she face palmed with all her strength then slapped Fitz in the arm. 

"What kind of question is that??" Biana scorned "You are the dumbest idiot ever!" She shouted at Fitz. "So stay off of my friend" she screeched as she led Sophie out of the room and she gave Fitz the look again.
