Dre's POV

It's been 2 months since me and Abel have spoken . I've been getting closer to Hawk lately , it's kinda weird us always hanging out since he's Abel's friend . He told me about how his girlfriend Xaira killed herself because of him & how Abel's so selfish and shit . But what I'm confused about is why did she kill herself over Abel , which he told me . He said that her and Abel use to fuck around with each other . He cheated on Rose with Her & broke up with Rose for me but we all see where that got us . He also showed me the letter that was dedicated to Abel that she wrote , he's very distraught that the whole suicide thing was about him and not once did she even mention hawk in the letter , it's kinda fucked up tbh.

Hawk has been staying over my place lately because he doesn't want the crew to look for him or talk to him . He's still in grief , I mean who wouldn't be ? Lamar Abel Cash and Hyghly have all been blowing up Hawks phone for the past 3 weeks ever since the funeral . He just ignores him , the only person who he does answer is this guy name drop his mother and some of his family .

" Dre, I'm going out for a little bit , I'll be back later alright ?"

" okay , I might not be here when you get back , I'm going out with my friend Maya . You have a key right ?"

" yeah . I'll see you later ." He kisses me on the cheek and walks out the door . Hawk has been getting very attached to me lately and I really don't like it . Yeah I love hawk as a brother but I don't want him for multiple reasons . One , he's my baby's father's friend , that disgusting and a such a big hoe move . Two , Hawks not my type , I dont think of him like that.

I see Noah at the kitchen counter eating cereal .

" soo.. You wanna tell me what's up with you and bird man ?" He says crunching on his frosted flakes .

" nothing's going on ." I say

" Ya sure ? He's been spending the night quite a lot.. In fact , this is the first time I ever seen him leave your hip , it's almost like he lives here." He say raising his eyebrows .

" Noah please . I don't want him , in any form or shape."

" oh I know that . But does he ? A few nights ago , I heard him on the phone with a woman when I was using the bathroom . He was on the phone telling the lady about how he has feelings for " His Dre" and how Abel never deserved you & he's a piece of shit and blah blah blah . " he says running his fingers through his curls . He stands up and puts his bowl in the sink and hands me a envelope .

" that's for the light bill . And you need to set him straight for he makes a move on you . And if he tries to force you to do anything , I'll break his bones." He says .

" Noah ." I say whining .

" Dont Noah me . I'm so serious . Him and the other guy I met at the restaurant that day , gives me a creepy vibe ."

" who cash ?"

" no I know who he is . The guy with the beard and gauges with the lip ring. He sexy but he creepy as fuck. Stay away from him You didn't see how he was staring at you . But we'll talk more later , I gotta get to work before my boss shits himself again ." He says laughing and hugging me .

" I'll text you later . What time you get off ?"

" around 7 if it's not busy ." He said walking out the door . Tonight would be the first night since me & maya have talked let alone go out by ourselves . She told me she missed me & respected my sexuality & that she wouldn't try anything . Not believing any that came out her mouth I prepared myself mentally and emotionally .
