Third Person

At Stark Industries, Coulson was leading the group through section 16. He and his men drew their guns as they entered the door at the bottom of the stairs. They looked around, trying to find Obadiah.

Crossing a metal platform, Coulson found the suit Tony made with the help of Lily and Yinsen.

"You were right," Coulson spoke, directing it to Pepper and Rachel. "He was building a suit."

"I thought it would be bigger," Pepper responded, gazing at the suit.

"Me, too," Rachel agreed.

As everyone stared at the metal suit, both Rachel and Pepper heard a chain rattle quietly. They turned around, wondering what caused the chains hanging from pipes to rattle.

"What's this?" Rachel questioned, walking to a small area.

There were wires hanging down, some of them ripped. The agents spread out, covering the area. One agent found a monitor with pictures of the suit.

Rachel and Pepper continued to stare at the wires, curiosity coursing through them. The heard chains rattle quietly, and turned around. Behind them, there were dozens of chains hanging on pipes.

"I'm starting to get a bad feeling," Rachel muttered, watching Pepper as she walked closer to the chains.

She stared into the darkness, behind the chains, when a pair of white glowing eyes appeared. The glowing eyes rose above her, and all Pepper could do was stare at it in fear. Rachel grabbed her arm, and together, they ran away.

The agents began to fire at the huge metal suit, but was knocked to the ground with a single swipe. Obadiah, in the suit, smashed computers, creating sparks, as he chased after Rachel and Pepper.

In the sky, Tony was flying as quickly as he could to the factory, to stop Obadiah.

"How do you think the Mark 1 chest piece is going to hold up?" Tony asked Jarvis.

"The suit's at 48 percent power and falling, sir. It was never designed for sustained flight."

At the factory, Pepper answered her phone, and put it on speaker.

"Pepper? Rachel?" Tony's voice sounded through the phone.

"Tony, are you okay?" Pepper asked.

"I'm fine."

"Obadiah has gone insane," Rachel told.

"I know. You gotta get out of there."

"He built a suit," Pepper continued, frazzled.

As they stood in front of the doors, a rumbling came from behind them. They turned, and found that Obadiah was coming up through the ground.

"Where do you think you're going?" Obadiah asked the two women.

Obadiah took a step forward, and lifted his right arm.

"Your services are no longer required," Obadiah aimed a machine gun, built into the arm, at them.

Before he could fire, Tony shouted at him, as he came into few. Obadiah aimed the gun at Tony and fired. Tony tackled Obadiah back into the lab, bounced off the metal floor, and crashed through a wall, landing on the highway.

Cars either stopped, kept going, and smashed into another car. A mother in one car hit the breaks, stopping inches from the arm of Obadiah's suit. Obadiah lifted the car, and was getting ready to hit Tony.

"Put them down!" Tony demanded.

"Collateral damage," Obadiah replied, still holding the car.

Tony diverged the power from his hand repulsors, to his chest. Tony fired a blast at Stane, knocking him back and dropping the car. Tony caught the car, and fell to one knee, the power in his suit being reduced to 19. The mother stomped the gas paddle, and when the car touched the ground, it began to speed off.
