Hello, everyone!
It's been a long time since I've checked in, but it doesn't mean I've forgotten my Sisters (or that I'm not paying close attention to all the fervent pleas for Sisterhood Updates - they're coming, I promise!)
Over the last several months, life has definitely gotten in the way, for that I am truly sorry, but I spent a lot of time thinking about you guys. Once thing I've noticed coming up a LOT in the comments of SS Bk1 and 2 is HOW MANY OF YOU WOULD LOVE TO HAVE A SISTERHOOD OF YOUR OWN.
To be honest - we all should!! Having positive, encouraging female relationships is such an important part of life and I want to do what I can to help each of you get there.
So, that's where THE BOOK OF SISTERS came to mind. I want to feature each of you here, over the coming weeks, so we can all get to know each other and interact, etc.
On top of that, I plan to set up a SISTERHOOD chat in the forum for all of us to drop in and have conversations - share our goals for the future, our problems and struggles, etc.
So, here's how TBOS will work: each week I am going to aim to post a new chapter on Saturday. After which I will select someone from the comments to be featured in here. You will get a short list of interview questions which you will answer and send me a pic (either a profile photo of yourself - only if you're comfortable, or a meme/quote you feel reflects you - for those of you who don't feel comfortable having your faces plastered online).
I've already lined up someone special to kick this off - someone I adore with all my heart and is currently writing a friendship themed book of her own (which is AHHHHMAZING btw!)
Curious to see if anyone can guess who it might be???
Perhaps I should offer a small hint...
*I name dropped her and her published novel in SSBk2 ...*
