"Welcome to the kingdom of Vanora" we broke through the clouds and the castle stood y'all surrounded by water and a village. I smiled and Corona flew downwards. I held onto her feathers tightly as she gently landed on the balcony. Two people emerged from the doorway, a man and a women.

"Grey, we've been awaiting your visit" the women spoke. She was y'all like Corona, but she was more defiant, a crown rested on her white long hair and he bright green eyes sparkled, similar to Corona.

"Yes, that is me" I stepped off Corona and bowed, both wore crowns, they were the king and queen and my mother has sent me to live with them.

"I'm queen Anylth and this is my husband Koviet, your mother and father were very special to us, in fact we though you would like to meet someone once you get settled" the queen smiled and gestures me forward where she led me through the large s of the castle. There were many people here, it was hard for me to know which were dragons and which were just normal humans.

"This will be your room Grey, go on and get settled, we'll call you for dinner when it's ready" I nodded and they left Corona walked in and bowed.

"Why'd you do that?"

"Because you are royalty now, a prince" I raised an eyebrow.

"I'm not related by blood, I'm no prince"

"Yes, but you are of higher power then the rest of us here now" I nodded and bit the inside of my lip, a nasty habit my mother always tried to get me to stop.

"If you don't mind Corona I'd like to be alone for awhile"

"Of course" she bowed again before leaving and closing the door behind her. I sat down on the bed and looked around the room. It's was very plain and boring, only a few pictures hanged on the wall along with a few candle sticks. The windows were very large, and displayed the gardens of the castle very well.

I stood up and walked over to the closet and opened it to see many fabrics and clothing. I began to search through to see if there was anything that I would like to wear. I finally settled on a plain white shirts and black pants, just in time for a knock at my door.

"Prince Grey, dinner is ready" a women's voice spoke through the large wood door.

"Alright, I'll be there in a minute" after I finished buttoning up my shirt I opened the door and looked down the hall. I could smell the food and followed it down the hall. It's had been ten days since I've actually eaten real food, and it wasn't fish.

"Ah Grey, come come, sit here" the queen smiled and gestures to the chair beside her.

"This looks great!" They both smiled and I began to eat. Stuffing my face not caring where the food ended up.

"How are you feeling so far Grey?" The kings voice was deep and loud as he spoke to me. I looked up from the table and smiled.

"Thank you very much for the hospitality, I've very comfortable" I started to recall all the lessons my mother had taught me about manners. The king smiled and shoved a potato in his mouth.

"I'm glad to hear that, we'd like you to understand everything your parent knew" I nodded and he continued.

"Your parents were protectors of the dragons, they fought aids by aids with us using our magic to strengthen theirs, partners as some would say. We want you to learn how to use this magic and become a great priest yourself"

"I'd be honoured sir" he raised a hand.

"Please, call me Koviet"

"To begin we thought you would like to meet someone" the queen, Anylth said.
