There weren't many stars in the atmosphere, and no moons or other types of planets near by, that gave an idea that this planet probably was formed by the decay of the dying stars, and maybe with the help of Saturn's rings. Maybe it's rings have traveled into tiny particles to form other planets? Maybe this one?
Before we knew it, we were here. An unknown planet. It had the most unique structures they had ever seen. One almost looked as if it was an unknown species. It was a bit unsettling.
Nick was the first to set foot on this "unhabited planet". He was nervous. Being 3.66 Billion miles away from his home planet was not something he did everyday. He walked about 70 feet. And they kept in touch with the transmitters every second.
"How you holdin' up Nick?" Tasha asked him, impatient to wait her turn to go.
The planet was eery. To his surprise, a bliss of cold wind hit him. He turned around, and he was speechless.
"Nick?" Tasha repeated. "You there?"
"Tasha are you seeing this?!" Nick shouted into the transmitter. Savanna beamed in "Nick you're like 70 feet away from us what do you see?!"
"I-its a cave! It's a huge cave! It looks about seven meters tall and five meters in width! You guys have to come out here now!" The crew, consisting of Savannah, Jeon-wu, Erick, Tasha, and Leon, looked at each other in surprise. There was a pause. "Okay Nick hold on we're coming out." Said Erick.
There was a "moon surfer" technology that Jeon invented. He's been an expert in space travel for about 16 years now. He knows everything. It helps you travel eight times faster than regular walking distance.
Jeon took his tracker out and walked towards the red dot with the others. "Hey Nick don't go into the cave yet, you don't know what might be there, it'll be better if we stick together." Savannah commanded.
"Alright," said Nick, "I'll just sit here and wait for 10 whole minutes." While waiting he started telling the crew about this dream he had as a kid and how he was at a grocery store, and he and his mom were at the same place, but in different dimensions.
And they couldn't see or hear each other. And there was this teddy bear that impersonated peoples voices, and ate their candy, and they weren't allowed to leave the store unless the bear ate all the candy.
12 minutes later..
Jeon stopped in his tracks, which made everyone else stop. "Whats wrong Jeon?" Erick and Tasha asked at the same time.
"I-I don't understand. We're at the red dot, this is where Nick is supposed to be we're right here, we're at the red dot and he's not here!"
Immediatley Savannah got on her transmitter. "Nick, Nick where are you, are you there?"
There was no answer.
"NICK!? IF YOU'RE JOKING AROUND THIS ISN'T FUNNY!" Tasha exclaimed.
"Okay there is no way theres something wrong with this tracker, and the transmitters never went wrong in the past 16 years!" Jeon exclaimed.
"D-do you think he... went inside?" Tasha stuttered.
"That might explain the interference with the gadgets. It's just not like him to not listen to instructions and go on his own like this.." Erick said.
"We're gonna have to go in. No splitting up, not on any circumstances are we allowed to split up. We stick together. Do you understand?" Savannah said.
Everyone replied with a yes ma'am, and there they went in the cave. It was dark inside. The crew turned on their head lights, and looked around. There was fog. Real actual fog. And the ground was sandy. Leon heard to what sounded like, water drops?
Leon turned around to find the source of the water drops, droplets made Leon feel calm. Their sweet sounds calm him often, he actually often studies it and its substances, he thinks there is something more to it than just hydrogen and oxygen atoms.
Tasha paused in her tracks and she tapped Erick on the shoulder. "Did you hear that Erick?"
"Hear what?" Erick asked.
"I could've sworn I heard a voice. But it didn't sound like Nick's, i-it was a deeper voice. Almost like.. I mean it didn't sound like anyone here it was just-."
"Tash, calm down. You just must be a bit paranoid over Nick." Erick replied.
"No but I heard it, I knew what I heard!" Her voice raised.
"Okay okay, just calm down alright, here I'll hold your hand. Now come on, lets go."
"Uh hey guys, where's Leon?" Erick asked hesitantly.
"I thought I told that idiot to stay with the group!" Savannah was now feeling uneasy.
Just then an ear piercing female scream rung into everyones ears, it was the most terrible, scariest, unsettling scream they had ever heard in their entire lives. Jeon quickly looked at everyone and his heart sank as he realized the two females were still there. And the worst thing is, you can't hear sound in space.
"RUN! EVERYONE GET OUT OF HERE NOW! GO!" He commanded, and everyone ran as fast as they possibly could with the moon surfer boots on.
A fourth of a minute in the run, Tasha looked back. And there it was. A horrible creature with a huge head, drool coming out of its mouth, drops of blood everywhere on it, and the horriblest bone structure she had ever seen. And in its mouth, was Leon.. Leon's head. And Tasha let out the same ear piercing scream as she heard before. It was exactly the same.
"Hey is everything alright? Its been 30 minutes now and I've tried to reach you but there must've been something wrong with the transmitter." Nick said.
Everyone was scared to death and tears were coming out of their eyes, but they had to keep running, but there was no exit. They were only about 30 feet in and should've made it by now, but there was nothing.
It started making sense though. Nick's dream.. was it a warning from the monster?
