The Dark Crow Smiles is used in the anime and is sung by Lotus Juice in English, but the chorus is sung in Latin. It's a Catholic song called "Agnus Dei" which means Lamb of God.
It's track number 10 on disc 1 of Kuroshitsuji Sound Complete Black Box. And it can be heard in track number 14 on disc 2 as a remix.
