Aragog's descendants got blasted off by Harry. They hid Fred's body. Then forcing a Vision, Harry spied on Voldemort and saw him in the shrieking shack, waiting for Harry. Lucius was sent to find Snape. Finally, they figured that Nagini was the last Horcrux.
The death eaters attack. Harry, Ron and Hermione made their way under the castle under the invisibility cloak. They saw McGonagall, saved Malfoy again, saw Neville and Dean and Lavender (who collapsed), Hagrid (who vanished with spiders), and Grawp.
Dementors also came. But the three of them couldn't produce a patronus. So Luna, Ernie and Seamus cast the patronus spell for them then went back to the castle. For the three of them, they forwarded to the Whomping Willow. Voldemort was already there. The wand doesn't work for him because he was not the one who killed Dumbledore. It was Snape. Then Snape gave Harry his memories.
