I see Undyne kicking a training dummy with a spear in her hand. I step loudly on a twig. She immediately looks up and searches for the source of the noise warily. "WHO'S THERE?" She yells.

Then I step out. "Who're you?" She asks curiously. I tilt my head. "Huh, thought Alphys woulda told you by now."

Even though I haven't known Alphys for long, her crush is pretty obvious. She tells Undyne literally everything except for the mere fact that she has a crush on her.

Undyne puts her hand on her chin. "Wait a second, punk...you're that ghost she made a body for, 'm I right?" I nod. "That's me, my name's Kip!" She examines me for a few seconds.

"...you're a kid," she finally says. I giggle and nod. "Yup, but that doesn't mean anything now!" Undyne looks at me as if trying to figure me out before opening the door. "Nerd, why don't you come inside?"

She puts some Golden Flower tea on the stove and gets out some sugar. "How many cubes?" She asks. I answer "4, please!" She raises an eyebrow but puts in the sugar after the tea finishes.

"So Alphy told me your story," Undyne says. I nod and giggle at her cute little nickname for Alphys. "Yeah, it's complicated." I mutter under my breath not loud enough for her to hear "But you all will forget soon enough."

I know about how they can't remember resets, and so everyone but Me, Sans and maybe Napsta will forget in a few days about the whole reset part and the story will change. I guess that's okay, though. Life isn't easy, it's meh.

Undyne slams the tea in front of me. "You okay there, punk? You kinda spaced out for a second." I plaster a smile on my face. "Yup, just peachy! So can you tell me about yourself?"

After sipping the burning hot tea and listening to Undyne talk about herself, her interests and dislikes, her backstory, and so much more. It's all pretty interesting, actually.

I grab her number and head back to the lab. Alphys is watching some anime with Mettaton. I sit down next to them. "Sorry for taking so long," I say quickly, not wanting to interrupt them.

Mettaton flashes his classic award worthy smile. "It's alright, ddaarrrling~ we just got started, why don't you join us!" I nod and get comfy and focus on the screen. Wait, I recognize this! "SAILOR MOON!"

After finishing the anime, Alphys, Mettaton and I all were talking about it. "I can't believe they made that stupid ripoff and tried to pretend it was original! Ya know, Glitter Force?" I say. Alphys nods and starts ranting about the ripoff anime I brought up.

Mettaton checks his arm. "Oh my, sorry darlings, but I have to go! I have a show in half an hour! Actually, say, Kip, why don't you join me?" I shrug and grin. "Sure, why not? You okay with that, Alph?" She nods. "H-have fun!"

The two of us go to Mettaton's studio and he takes us to the set. He yells random orders at other monsters and soon, it's lights, camera, action!

"Hellooooo, beauties and gentlebeauties! Welcome back to another episode of MTT TV, with your one and only gorgeous host, me, Mettaton! We have a special guest here with us tonight, my lovely friend Kip!"

I wave at the crowd and the camera. "So, Kip darling~, why don't you tell us your sad backstory?" I decide to explain everything in person rather than show the recording. They'll all forget soon, but I wanna leave a good impression.

Mettaton smiles and comfortingly pats my back. "What a beautiful story, darling~! Why don't we learn some more about you! Tell us about yourself!"

I run over a few facts about myself in my head before saying "My favorite color is F/C, I'm Y/A years old (unless you're old enough to not be considered a child, since you're a child), I don't remember much of my past, and I hope I make some new friends down here!" I say cheerfully, holing I don't sound too corny.

The crowd lets out encouraging cheers and screams and whistles, and I blush and smile, not used to so much attention. Mettaton smirks again. "Well, darling~, why don't we get into the juicy stuff now?"

Wonder what he means by that? "Do you have a crush yet?" I feel my face heat up. "Mettaton! I'm only Y/A! I mean, I have friends, and Napstablook is my bestie, but no crushes yet."

Mettaton smirks. "We'll see about that, darling~! Now, does anyone have any questions for our dear new friend Kip?" A bunch of monsters start jumping up and down excitedly and raising their hands.

Someone gets the mic and asks "What was your favorite thing on the surface, if you can remember?" I think back hard. Everything's fuzzy, but I remember one thing.

"The rain," I say. "I liked the rain. It was nice and calming and it would be nice to go out for a walk with my little F/C umbrella. Not many other people would be out, so it was calming and serene. That's my favorite thing."

A bunch of hoots and hollers rang in my ears, the crowd probably not expecting such a change in attitude from me, peppy one second and calm the next.

Another monster asks "Show is your gullet patterns!" I grin and summon a few of my bullets, which are stars and occasionally shaped like tiny ghosts who throw stars at you.

The crowd cheers again, and I answer a bunch of more questions about myself for the crowd. "That's it for today darlings~, but tune in next time! Ta ta!" Mettaton waves at the camera before it turns off.

He gives me a hug. "You were amazing!" He compliments. I giggle and blush. "It's nothing," I say modestly. He ruffles my synthetic hair. "Well, darling, why don't we go back to Alphys and get all rested up?" I nod. "Sounds good!"
