"Roman! Thomas! Virgil!" I shouted it was dark and I thought on going out to get snacks. "I'm going to get some snacks and stuff want to join?"

"YES!" Roman and Thomas shouted. I smiled as they ran over.

"Eh... Sure." Virgil sighed as he pulled up his hood. I nodded and took Roman's and Thomas's hands and walked out of our home. As we were walking we saw a group that was starring at all of us. I hurryed them into the little convenience store.

"You all can pick three snacks." i told them. They nodded as they headed into the isles. I smiled seeing the two energy filled boys pulling the purple ghost towards the specal snacks. The cashier smiled as I approached with each boy holding different snacks and one piece of candy each.

"These yours?" They asked as they scanned each item. "Must be a handful."

"No they aren't. They are quite helpful." I told them giving them a card and some cash as a tip since they were friendly towards them. The boys waved goodbye and we left without snacks. We passed by the group who was eyeing us the whole time. One in particular looked familiar.

"Y/n?!" they shouted I hid Roman and Virgil behind me as Thomas clung to my skirt/pants.

"What do you want dickweed?" I asked glaring.

"Y/n, what's up with you? And who are- dont tell me they're mine..."

"No of course not these are my adopted sons. And nothing is wrong with me."

"No something is wrong! You're with two fre-" i stopped him right there with a slap to the face.

"do not talk about my sons like that." i growled at him. I turned around and left with my children.

"Who was that?" Thomas asked.

"An Ex-Boyfriend. Let's just say we broke up because of his... Personality" I said opening the door and letting them go in first. "If he ever approaches you i want you to run especially Virgil and Roman." I told them closing the door. "Are you alright?"

"Yeah." They all said. I smiled and put the snacks and candy on the counter. i remembered when me and that dickweed dated.

"Y/n! YOU WILL DO WHAT I SAY!" He said grabbing neck and throwing me against the wall.

"No... I'm leaving" said gripping my side and getting up. He approached me.

"You can't do s**t with out me" he smirked.I glared and left.

No i shouldn't think about that. He doesn't deserve my thoughts. I have to protect my sons now. They are the most important things right now.
