Chapter 16

Mallory's POV

I woke up in my bed, which i knew i didn't fall asleep in it. i got up and went to the bathroom, when i walked back into the room i saw a note on the nightstand. It said "meet us at Denny's - A". I'm really confused onto why Anthony wrote this but i threw on a T-Shirt and leggings and slipped on my white vans and walked down the street to Denny's.

Anthony's POV

god even when Mallory doesn't try she still manages to look so beautiful. i fucked up and i'm so sorry to her...

Jaden's POV

Broo Mallory even looks good when she looks gross... when i first met Mal i thought she was cute and had such a good personality, but the fact that i'm 18 and legal scared me so i just stepped back and the only person who i told i ever had feelings for Mallory was Chase because he did the same thing i did, hide his feelings. i think what Anthony did was such a dick move and i feel so bad for her. i'm not gonna lie, my feelings for her never really went away, but when she got with Anthony they kind of went away for a hot minute. but now that i see how much shes hurting i just want to grab her and kiss her. me and her have started talking a lot recently and i've really enjoyed it. When Mallory walked into Denny's she came and sat in between me and Anthony which i think was a bad move because Anthony immediately grabbed her hand and all i wanted to do was get up and punch him.

They all ate breakfast and decided to go see a movie because a new marvel movie had just come out

Mallory's POV

during breakfast Anthony held my hand and do'nt get me wrong i still love him but him touching me doesn't make my stomach explode into a million pieces like it used to... at the movies Jaden sat next to me and me and him have been getting pretty close lately. i'm not gonna lie, in the beginning before i started to like Payton i lowkey had feelings for Jaden but i didn't think my parents would be on board for me dating an 18 year old. Our arms were on the same armrest and they kept touching, he was really warm. after a minute are hands started to gradually move closer to each other. our pinkys locked together, then our hands were on top of each other, then are fingers intertwined. it was like fireworks went off in my stomach, i think i might've squealed because jaden looked at me and asked if i was okay...

Sam's POV

i looked over at Mallory because something really sad just happened and i know shes like really into Marvel and i saw that her and Jaden were holding hands. I was really confused ans then Mallory saw that i was looking over and she let go of Jadens hand so fast. I mean they can do whatever they want but i think its just too early for her to mess around with another one of the boys, her and Anthony just broke up and i know hes trying to find a way to win her back.

after the movie they all started walking back to the hotel and saw a little cat cafe down the road from the hotel. so they decided to stop there and pay for 1 hour.

Mallory's POV

i love cats so much. especially black ones, everyone hates them but they're so freaking cute. after the movie Jaden pulled me aside and asked why i leg go of his hand so fast and when i told him that Sam saw us he looked disappointed, like he's upset i didn't want anybody seeing us hold hands. me and Anthony literally just broke up and i for 1 don't need the emotional stress of a new relationship and 2 don't want to blow up the entire friend group again when we still have 4 days in Hawaii. I really wanted to take a picture and post it on instagram but then i realized i didn't have my phone. that's the first time all week i've actually missed my phone believe it or not.

Jaden's POV

when we got back to the hotel we decided to go chill in the hot tub because it was kinda chilly outside and no one was in the hot tub. so we all went to our rooms to change and when me and Anthony got down there everyone else was already in the hot tub. Anthony obviously wanted to sit next to Mallory but so did i so we sat on either side of her and whenever Anthony sat down i felt her shift closer to me, which i wasn't complaining about but it was kinda weird. Mallory makes me feel some sort of way man, like i don't know, she just makes me feel warm inside. I know that sound cheesy but it's true.

I know this chapters kinda short but i've come to the conclusion that i need a posting schedule for this book, between school and dance i barely have time for anything so this is the new schedule:
i will write Monday through Friday whenever i have time and on Saturday or Sunday whenever the chapter is done i will post it. if i have extra time i might post 2 chapters it all depends.
buttttttt i actually really like the turn this story is taking and i'm excited to year your guys's feedback.
