hii guys! i am so sorry i haven't updated in 3 days, i have been busy getting ready for school *unfortunately* but i have been listening for a while those past three days as much as i could and i have gotten some pretty noticeable results!

so i WAS around 120 lbs but i would say that that is a normal weight for a 15 year old but well,,, ya know. xp
anyways for the three days that i have been listening, i have lost around 4 kg! which is 8 in pounds so i am now 112 lbs ~ ! my goal is maybe around 98 lbs but also to exercise and eat healthy! so sort of a quick update but nothing reallly noticeable has happened except for losing 8 lbs but i have been listening while i sleep, eating healthily and less, and exercising properly!
