Ahh so i know i have been gone for a ridiculous amount of time, but lemme explain 😄❣️

So i really have just been suuuuuper duper busy with school, my job, and family because i have midterms, exams, LOTS of hw, projects, etc, and on top of that all my work, and my grandparents have been sick so i have been having to take care of them and all of this stuff has been very- draining, ig i'll put it. But what i mean by that is its been really exhausting mentally, physically, and emotionally because somedays are really really stressful to the point i want to just cry, and other days im just working so hard that im so tired! So i needed to take a break from subliminals- which caused a pause in updating this book- and i really needed to take some alone time in my life and i just feel like whenever i use subliminals when i have too much to do, and when i'm super stressed i get all negative and i just want to feel and think negative, which of course is a HUGE no no for when you are using subs.

I really hope you guys can understand, i have just recently continued using subs again- and i am going to keep working on MAKING subliminals, including the one i promised ya'll ~ :)
