the rustling bar had quieted down quite a bit throughout the night, even most of the busboys had ended their shifts. SIAH's friends had left hours ago, under the impression that she would have left by now, but instead she emptied the fourth bottle of soju.
she didn't know why she was drinking these amounts of alcohol, usually she'd pass out after two bottles. when she looked up from her glass, a male sat in front of her, sipping on his beer. "what is a pretty girl like you doing all alone this late at night? want me to keep you company?"
SIAH frowned, before getting out her phone, starting to dial her best friends number. "cat got your tongue?" he chuckled, grabbing her thigh, breath catching in her throat. "l-let go." she muttered as firmly as her buzz allowed.
his fingers burned holes in her limb, heart starting to race as shivers ran up and down her spine. even through her clouded vision she could make out his smirk and the way his face inched closer towards her own.
"she told you to let go." SIAH's head flew to the right, looking at another guy, tears in her eyes. he warmly smiled at her, reaching out his hand. "and you are?"
"i'm MINHO. her boyfriend." SIAH must've been really drunk, because as soon as the guy pulled her from her seat, she stumbled right into his arms. "just relax. i'll get you out of here." MINHO whispered, resting his hand on her back, staring at the guy still sitting at the table.
"never touch my girlfriend again, or i'll kick your face in." the boy lead SIAH out of the bar, the cold night air enhancing the effect the alcohol had on the female. "t-thank you." she embraced MINHO and swayed from side to side, before locking eyes with him.
both of them didn't know if it was the alcohol that made their head spin and cheeks blush, but when MINHO's heart skipped a beat, a smile spread across his plump lips. all these years of parties and hookups and this was how he met his soulmate? it doesn't get any cheesier than that.
"where should i drop you off?" he smiled, all his experience fleeing from his mind. the intoxicated girl in front of him robbed him from every capability to think straight. "i don't know."
he would've loved to take her back to his place, but changbin would definitely have ratted him out to zeus and he wasn't going to clean the olymp, again. "i'll call you a cab, just-" he was interrupted by a pair of lips on his, taste of soju overwhelming the boy.
she won't be able to remember anything the next morning, he thought. and so he kissed back, a warm glow surrounding the two.
