Part 3

Everyone laughed at Taehyung statement and the talk continued during the night. You always looked at Jungkook when someone asked him something about you.

"Hey, Y/N. Heard that it's really hard to get, do you gave any technique?" - Yoongi asked you while he grabbed another beer.

"Right, how did you do it? So i can try too" - Hoseok asked with a hint of hope. He also wanted the same scholarship but he failled.

"Well... i had a good coach" - everyone started to tease Jungkook while they made some noises. You and Jungkook were shy because of them.

"Wait, Y/N, when will you be leaving? I may go send you off" - Namjoon asked you and immeadiately by hearing that question your heart fasted the beat. Your smile dropped to the floor.

"Nam, why you cut her off like that?" - Yoongi asked Namjoon while he patted Namjoon's forehead - "Do you always have a busy schedule, Nam?" - he made fun of him.

"Right, pretty busy" - everyone laughed at his reaction - "But for my friend, i can always free my shedule. Ah, so when will you leave?" - he asked you again. You waited for that question but never in your life you thought it was Namjoon asking it. Everyone was waiting for your answer.

"End of this month" - you whispered. By hearing those words, Jungkook stopped eating and faced you. He knew you had to leave but he never thought that would be so fast. You wanted to tell him first but the occasion made things worst.

"Ha? End of this month? How soon!" - Jimin asked shocked. If he was like that, imagine how Jungkook was. His heart broke with your words.

"Anyway, people, today we're here to congratulate her" - Hoseok said with a cheerfull voice. He noticed the awkward moment you and Jungkook shared - "Come one. Cheers once again!" - he lifted his glass and everyone followed his moves. We all drank the liquid inside of the cups. Mostely, Jungkook drank all his glass without taking back. He only stopped when his cup was empty.

You all finished to eat and Jungkook excused himself to walk for a little. He was in the corner of the place, thinking about the new information you gave him and about your relationship. Taehyung saw him lost in his thoughts so he decided to approach him.

"Did you just know too, that she'll leave by this month?" - he gently asked to Jungkook, he didn't want to overtake the limits but he knew Jungkook was sad. After all, he was his bestfriend since high school. He knew Jungkook very well and hated see Jungkook in that state.

"Yeah. She's probably finding a good chance to tell me" - he answered Taehyung without a look. Silence was heard for a few minutes.

"Then what will you do next?" - Taehyung tired again. Jungkook didn't answer. To be honest, Jungkook didn't know what to do with his relationship. He loved you so much and now you had to leave him.

"I really don't know, it's so sudden" - he whispered while he faced Taehyung. He took a deep breath and looked at the moon while he thought about you and him. It was hurting him alot - "Tae, if you're really in love with someone, but you know that you'll have to break up one day. What would you do?" - he asked him while he turned around to see you talking with your friends.

"I'd break up, maybe. Finally have to, isn't it a waste of time?" - Jungkook didn't answer him and tears started to fall from his eyes - "Don't say that you'll break up with her" - Taehyung's eyes got wide with his own thought.

"No, i just ask" - he mumbled to Taehyung and watched you from afar.

After everyone left the place, you and Jungkook started to clean everything around you. He was putting the glasses and plates in a basket while you took the leftovers into the garbage.

"Kookie" - you called his name softly and he turned around to face you - "About the traveling date, i'm sorry i didn't tell you" - you said while he nodded his head making you understand that he knew it.

"It's alright. I understand" - he mumbled and looked at the basket again - "You also just knew that, didn't you?" - he couldn't look at you.

"It was also a short notice for me" - your voice started to crack - "It seems it's only been a few hours. Everything seems so urgent" - you explained to him.

"It's alright" - he stopped his work and forced a smile. You knew him to well.

"Thank you" - was the only thing you could say to him.

"Thanking me again" - he rubbed your hair and smiled again. You chuckled at his actions.

"Well, i want to thank you for understanding me and giving me this surprise" - you locked your eyes with his and melted during the gaze. Gently you started to lean in and placed your lips on his ones.

"Enough" - he said with a shy face. You chucked at his action. It was so cute seeing him like that - "You won't miss a chance, will you?" - you nodded in a teasing way and like usual he started his work avoiding you - "I'm going to take these downstairs. Take care of these glasses, will you?" - he took the basket and went out from there. You giggled to myself. How could that boy make your heart so soft?

After Jungkook washed the dishes he came back to your dorm. When he opened the door, he got himself surprised. All the dorm was decorate with ballons. Those ballons were in the air and had some ribbons glued to them. On that ribbons were pictures of you, him, your relationship and moments that you shared. He closed the door and admired all the pictures. He sat on the bed and you came from the roof.

"You also planned a surprised?" - he asked you with a surprised face. You put your things in the table and sat beside him.

"At first i only cooked the meal then i thought about it again and wanted to do something more special" - you held his hand and showed him a lovely smile.

"I'm sorry. I didn't know. That's why i arranged... " - he had a guilty face.

"Kookie, you don't have to apologize" - you lifted his head and pecked his lips - "What i'd planned today was incomparable to what you gave me" - you whispered against him lips - "You know what i want. You gave me a chance to meet my friends. Thank you" - you pecked his lips again.

"How many times have i heard you thanking me today?" - he giggled at your words - "Enough already. I better go take a shower" - there he was going, shy as a tomato and making a excuse to leave the situation.

He got up and grabbed a towel. You followed his moves with a smile on your face. You started to clean the room and prepared yourself to sleep. Meanwhile, Jungkook entered the bathroom and looked at his reflexion in the mirror. He opened the water and slowly started to cry. The thought of losing you was eating him inside. He knew that you weren't meant to be together. Life was unfair for both of you.

He loved you but he couldn't be in your way.
