Into the shadow Realm

After some time of not seeing these shadow people not since I moved. I fell asleep one night and in my dream I was standing over my body sleeping Its as if I was a ghost or spirit I was partly transparent with this this magical cord of energy linking my ghostlike body  and my physical body. I was able to move around my room and even fly or flout. I'll refer to cord as my lifecord from now on. My life cord did not seem to be effecting me I would turn 360 circle around the room and the life cord would not tie up as if it was made of wind or something. I was kinda in shock thinking I was dead at first I reached out to poke my physical body and the moment my spiritual ghostlike self made contact I woke up and was in my physical body again.

Some time past and It happened again another night but this time I decided to explore I soon realised unless I touch my body I could move through walls and fly and flout around. The weird thing is the world around me look the same but slightly off. Everything looked more beautiful peaceful but lonely. then I saw him a shadow person this one was just like the ones I saw before he seemed more frightened while I was in this ghost form and started running. I being curious as I was chased and followed him until i was outside my house. everything looked normal at first for this new realm I was in but then I was running through a park with swings and all of a sudden this darkened greyed transparent wall appear In mid motion of me running the shadow like person ran in first and before I could stop I ran into this wall. The first thing I noticed was the lifecord   I had in this other realm I'll refer to this as the astral realm. I notice in this new realm it was gone! the next I noticed I now looked like one of the shadow people my form had changed. Unlike the astral realm which took on the looks of the world I knew. The shadow realm was a dark gloomy barren environment but once I started looking around I noticed there was hundreds of these shadow people. Most of them had no facial features but some had white glowing eyes like 2 balls of light on there faces. And some had red eyes. And some had claw like arms. And there was even creature-like shadow beings that took on beast like forms I was shocked fascinated and scared all at once. Then I remembered my physical body and just the thought of me remembering that in the blink of an eye I was transported out of this shadow realm and back standing over my physical body my lifecord had also reappeared I instantly reached my hand out in a sort of frightened haste and touched my physical and I woke up. I sooned realised before I was about to go to sleep if I could focus my thought on my spirit like body leaving my physical body it sometimes happened. I started seeing different shadow people watching me all the time but I never returned to the realm of shadows. I spent alot of time flouting around in the astral realm and exploring my town. I noticed I could see people too but they could not hear me they was some older kids like 16 and 17 year olds hanging at a gas station talking about there music they liked. It's as if the real world and this astral realm were like overlapped or combined. It's kinda like looking through a fish tank you can see through it and in it. Then one night I was in the astral realm and on a street and I felt this cold sense go down my spine. I looked out the corner of my eye and a shadow person Bright red eyes was behind me reaching there hand out slowly towards my shoulder I instantly thought of my body and touched it and woke up. I freaked out from this so much I stopped exploring the astral realm as well but they still were watching me in the real world. Only at night it was kind of gloomy and dreading they never said anything they just stood there. Only time I never saw them was in direct daylight. If it was daytime they would linger in dark places like in shaded trees or alleyways or under peoples porches. I started ignoring them it's as if they could not interact with me in this real world environment.
