The red eyed shadow people tend to have the most harming motives. They are like the real life dementors of this world because they pray on your vulnerabilities and insecurities and emotions. There eyes have a eerie red glow to them. I crossed paths with them a few times at first all I could do was run but I learned how to protect agents them. Imagine happy enlightened thoughts like being full of light or anything really but it must be happy. Now imagine thoughs thoughts piercing through the red eyed shadows. This does not seem to harm them but instead repel them. If they make contact with you, you'll instantly feel a draining sensation of all your energy and thoughts. The best way to describe this feeling is the feeling of drowning. I had one grab my arm one time and I instantly could not move but I started thinking about how happy I used to be when my grandparents were around and it's as if I was lifted out of the waters of despair and the red eyed shadow removed his hand and fled.
