"NO MONSTERS! NO CRIMES!" Everyone, including me, was chanting. The monsters were freed by some kid named Chara. Jerk. Now we have to seal them underground again. I notice a tall skeleton walking past us towards the lab that I work at. Odd...
Eventually the police break up the protest and I go home and change. I then head to the lab so I can work. When I get there I see my boss sitting and talking to the skeleton from earlier. Boss notices me.
"Oh! (Y/N)! This is your new coworker, Papyrus." She says.
"...Why do I have to work with a monster?" I growl.
"(Y/N)! Don't be rude!"
"Ok, ok. Hi, Papyrus."
"Heya kid." Papyrus says.
"I'm not a kid." I protest, starting to head to the lab.
"Sure you aren't, kid." He smirks.
"I have a name."
"What is it?"
"(Y/N)."
"Cool name, kid."
"Am I a joke to you?"
"Yes."
"Anyway, we're here." I open the door to the lab, looking around at the scene.
To the right is the human and monster souls we've been testing on. We're trying to make it to where a monster's soul persists after death without help.
And to the left is lab equipment.
And straight forward is the place where I've set up my own place to learn about the power of 'reset' through a door. I'm the only person that knows of resets, as far as I know. I've put up a fake personality, one that hates monsters, so I won't get caught studying the things I study.
"I'm fine with you being here, just don't bother me when I'm behind that door or I will make your life Hell." I growl."Ok? What's behind the door?" Papyrus replies.
"None of your business." I'm the only person with the key, hallelujah.
