Duskstar's guilt

Chapter one

Duskkit woke up to oakkit and blossomkit's playing. "Hey sleepykit! Come play with us!" Teased oakkit. "I just woke up a bit later, oakkit. I bet mother woke you two up." Meowed duskkit drowsily. "Wakey wakey dusky! It's a very special day!" Purred blossomkit super happily. "Cmon we gotta get to our sister's crush's apprentice ceremony." Laughed oakkit.
"May all cats gather under the sky rock!" Yowled dawnstar.
"Welp that's our call!" Purred blossomkit enthusiastically. The three kits ran out and saw blazekit, dapplekit and flowerkit getting licked by their mother. Blazekit went to dawnstar first. "Attention all cats of cloudclan! I know this is a big change, but now all cats can have up to two apprentices, if they have different training, please drop them off at another warrior who is doing that specific lesson. This rule applies to medicine cats too." Meowed dawnstar with a loud, confident voice. "Blazekit. You were always the strongest one of your litter.  And I'm taking you as my apprentice." Purred dawnstar, blazekit stared with his amber eyes. "R-really!?" Gasped blazekit with a low voice. "Yes. And I hope starclan agrees. Blazekit, you have reached the age of 6 moons, and it's time for you to leave your kit days behind. I shall name you with the name of blazepaw until you become a warrior!" Meowed dawnstar, touching noses with the golden Tom. "Flowerkit! You were always the most caring of your siblings, and Hazelspirit has decided to take you as her apprentice. Will you?" Mewed the strong leader. "W-well I was always interested in herbs and s-starclan." Muttered the golden she-cat. Hazelspirit walked up to her. "That also means that it's forbidden to have a mate and kits." Meowed the medicine cat softly. "Y-yes!" Purred flowerkit. "Very well then, I name you flowerpaw! You will have Hazelspirit as your mentor." Meowed dawnstar. Dapplestep looked at Hazelspirit, "I hope you don't lose her to starclan." Muttered the queen to herself.
"And last but not least! Dapplekit, you have shown speed and accuracy. So I'm giving you to one of the fastest cats in the clan." Mrrowed dawnstar. "Amberwhisker. You've always been an intelligent and calm cat, always thinking for the clan, please pass down these traits to dapplepaw." The cloudclan leader announced. "Blazepaw! Flowerpaw! Dapplepaw! The clan cheered.
"Blazepaw! Aren't you excited to finally be an apprentice?" Meowed blossomkit. "Well you will be soon too." Replied Blazepaw. "I know right! When we become apprentices we can train together, share prey-" Blossomkit said in anticipation. "I'm sorry I need to go talk to duskkit about something." He replied. "O-oh." Gasped the she-kit.
"Hey duskkit! I need to talk to you, in private." Meowed Blazepaw. "Hmm? What is it?" Asked duskkit as Blazepaw licked his own paw.
