the weapons shop is packed due the the assassination tournament (and people aren't killed just knocked out and the winner is made the right hand man for the leader of the group and newbie are found for training and initiation)and chakra wastes no time to train at his best and trains in sword combat, hand-to-hand, and stealth, tenten knew that chakra could keep up with the deal but who can blame her she fell in love with a fighter so this is expected  

once the shopped closed chakra walked home and fell to sleep and can't wait for the tournament
