The nurse looked at me suprised and opened her booklet "you will be put on small doses of steroids each day and enter the Jim for an eight our work out after rehab and Physio you will be on a strict curfew and you'll have to pee in a bucket."

"IN A WHAT!?! No no missy I may be temporarily disabled but there is no way I'm peeing in a bucket I will got to the toilet thank you!"

The nurse giggled and left the room but as she left she yelled "training starts tomorrow"
