3rd Person POV:

That night, Matt gave Tom a bag of chips and one of Eduardo's boxes of cereal before finding a spot to sleep. He sat on the floor, pulling his hoodie over his head before laying down and holding Mini-Eduardo (the teddy bear) close. He sighed, thinking for a short bit before falling asleep.

When he awoke, he pulled the hood down from his head, then he straightened his hair up a bit. He grabbed Mini-Eduardo, gently putting the stuffed-bear into one of his green overcoat's pockets. Then, he started looking for Tom and Eduardo. He knew that they shouldn't stay in one place for too long, because it's an easy way to get caught. He found Tom right away, the male packing some items into a bag with a few holes in it.

"Should we leave right now?" Matt inquired, causing Tom to jump from fright. Matt laughed at that, Tom turning around. "Damn, I didn't hear you come in. And, to answer your question, we should look for Edd and Eduardo's friends. I feel like being in a group would help, because then we could all have roles to keep each member fed and safe."

Matt was not expecting Tom to know so much about this kind of thing. Tom noticed Matt's lack of responding, then nervously chuckled. "Anyway, where's jerk-face?" Tom asked, making Matt frown. "Don't call him that." "Why?" "He can be nice if he wants to be, I've learned that recently." Tom narrowed his 'eyes' at the ginger.

"Do you... fancy him?" Matt's face turned red. "No!" Tom nodded, smirking. "Uh-huh. Well, go find your man, then we should get going." "He's not my man!" Matt rushed out of the room, hearing Tom's laughter echoing from down the hall. Matt sighed, then kept walking. He froze when he heard crunching, then he started to walk slower. He peered around a corner, looking into another room of the hospital.

Then, he saw Eduardo, who was boredly eating some stale popcorn. "Oh, hiya Eduardo!" Matt greeted, calming down and entering the room. Eduardo sat up, looking up at Matt. "...What do you want?" Eduardo questioned.

Matt was caught off-guard from Eduardo's sudden rudeness, but just decided that Eduardo missed his friends. "Well, Tom and I wanna move to another building. That way, it'll be harder for the Red Army to find us." Eduardo quirked a brow. "What does that have to do with me?" Matt stayed silent for a moment, confusion showing on his features.

"...We... uhm... aren't you coming?" Eduardo stood up, holding the bag of popcorn in one hand and a red purse in his other hand. Then, he purposefully pushed past Matt, walking off down the hall. Matt was stunned, standing still and watching Eduardo leave. '...Why is he acting so mean today? Weren't we basically best friends yesterday?' Matt wondered to himself, a saddened expression on his face.

He hummed thoughtfully, then walked after the other male. Soon, Matt, Eduardo, and Tom were ready to go. "Okay, remember guys, we have to be quiet, careful, and strategic." Tom told the two males, adjusting the strap of his bag on his shoulder. "Who put you in charge?" Eduardo interrupted, Tom frowning.

"I'm not in charge, I'm just trying to be helpful." Eduardo rolled his eyes. "Tch. Sure." Tom mumbled something, then Eduardo growled. "What the hell did you just say?" Tom laughed, smiling. "None of your business, douche." Eduardo shoved Tom, leading to Tom punching him in the shoulder. The two were ready to fight, but Matt stepped into the middle.

"Guys, please stop. Eduardo, Tom leads because he knows the most about this situation. Tom, Eduardo is upset right now because his friends aren't here. Eduardo, stop giving us hell, we're both just trying to help you, but you... suddenly became cold..." Matt intervened, both of the males glaring at each other.
