Unknown’s p.o.v:

“The killjoys, have been spotted, yesterday sir; they were, leaving one, of the old, warehouses.” The foreign women in front of me stated.

“Hmm, I wonder what they wanted from there, we cleared most of it out weeks ago” I asked more to myself then her.

“all, they seemed to took was, a little food, flour, eggs, essential little things” my, her English was bad, but I don’t care, I can’t even remember the poor girls name and I have been working with her for years, but names were irrelevant.

“Ha, looks like the food shortage is hard for them. Such a shame” I said sarcastically.

“That, not all sir” she said as I looked at her curiously. She leant forward and whispered something in my ear. I wasn’t sure if I was shocked, a bit worried or delighted. It all depended.

“Shall we attack again, sir?” she asked, always on alert.

“Hmm no not right yet, but soon, besides, they have something I want.”

Amelia’s p.o.v

Fire. That’s all I can see, burning everything in front of me. Buildings falling down, people screaming, cars set alight. I look to a familiar face as he just smiles proudly but scarily evil at me. The flames get closer and closer until I can see nothing but fire and a warm sensation close to my face. But I don’t scream, just smile.

I wake up to see a hot drink being held beside me. Groggily I rub my eyes and look up to see Frank smiling softly at me.

“Morning, Amelia. I brought you some coffee, thought you might need it. You fell asleep pretty early.” He said a slightly shyly.

“Thanks Frank” I said gratefully taking the coffee cup from his hands and cradling it in my own to warm me up. I lifted it up to my face to smell the sweet scent. I hadn’t had coffee in years. ”it smells amazing” I admitted.

“You’re welcome. I’m making breakfast if you want any, you are going to need some energy and carbs today” he said putting his hands in his pockets.

“Ermm okay, and why would I need it?” I asked confused

“First day of training” he said walking out of my so called ‘bedroom’.

I shrugged and lifted the mug up to my lips before taking a small sip letting the warm, delicious fluid flow down my throat slowly. It tasted so good and instantly energised me. I placed the rest of my coffee on the chest of draws before getting up and routing through the draws. I pulled out a plain black tee and leggings. I looked at myself in the mirror and saw I was still in the same clothes as yesterday, minus the coat and boots. I pulled of my old clothes and tugged on my new ones, slipping on my black, heavy military boots and wrapping a small black, metal studded belt around my waist. I grabbed my coffee cup, and headed out my door drinking it down as I head for the stairs. Party poison opened what appeared to be his bedroom door and stepped out. He wore a pair of black sweats and red gym top. I smiled politely at him as he walked past but he just turned his head and walked into what I think was the bathroom.

I jogged down stairs and was welcomed by an even better smell than the coffee. I followed the smell and was greeted by frank scrapping a pan.

“Mm, that smells wonderful, what is it?” I asked peering down into the pan.
