Walking towards Kyle's House, we turn the corner and see him stood at the end of the street. "Hey Axle, Lucy good to see you, how've you been keeping?" My mother replies back "Well we've been good thanks, my little pup has been looking after me so well" She smirks and laughs. Kyle joins in making me feel embarrassed. "Mother do you have to say that Infront of people?" We continue until we reach Kyle's home and we walk inside.
Bright white walls light up the hallway with family pictures dotted around on them. We look around and I ask. "Is Katelyn home?" He replies with a nod and we hear my mother talking. We both follow the sound into the lounge and see my mother and Katelyn chatting away, as they see us their heads turn to us and Katelyn smiles and goes over to hug me "Oh it's good to see you again Axle, we've all missed you" she continues the hug as I respond "Well we're back again and not going anywhere anytime soon Katelyn" she lets go and we all hear the oven timer go off. "Oh it's ready you all go sit down the table's set" We comply and take a seat me next o my mother and across from me was Kyle.
Katelyn brought out some starters first, fruit on sticks, little bites of cheese, just appetizers in general. We all take some of each and once we finished she immediately brought out the main course, a whole chicken. She started to carve it giving each of us 4 slices and we pour whatever sides we wanted on. We quickly devour it and we all say thanks to Katelyn. Then she brings out pudding. A cake topped with strawberries. We each take a slice and I pick off the strawberries since I don't like them and place them on the side. I feel a sharp pain in my leg realising Kyle had kicked me.
His eyes were fixed on the strawberries so I gave him them in exchange for some icing off his cake. He kicks me again and I just give him the strawberries. After he kicked me for the third time I mouthed 'Its On' to him kicking him back. About 19 minutes later I give in and let him win as he kicks my leg numb. "Hey mother, me and Axle are going up to my room for bit, do you mind?" "Oh course not sweetie go ahead you've got a lot of catching up to do I bet" So both me and Kyle head up to his room and he closes the door.
