I placed my phone on my bedside table and walked down stairs to see Leo sitting on the sofa watching tv "Hey Leo" I said roughing up his curls "hey sierah" he replied flashing a smile as I pecked him on the cheek and hugged him "umm look sierah, I heard you and Elom talking last night iN umm ur room and I don't think he left the house..." he said awkwardly I sighed deeply and said "Leo,we are friends and just that I promise he just slept over cos i didn't want him walking home at 3am..." "yo chill it's okay I was just asking I trust you and I trust him and I kinda ship y'all anyway" he cut me of "ewwww why do you ship me with him" I chuckled "I don't think you realise it but he would do everything to keep you out of harms way I can tell he cares about you" he said reaching for the remote "that's a stupid reason star cares about me and would do anything to keep me out of harms way too" I countered raising my eyebrows "yeah... but star don't look at you the way Elom do" he said and walked out. I sat on the sofa staring into thin air and scoffed.

Third person pov

sierah exited the shower a puff of steam bursting behind her. She plopped on her bed contemplating the words of her brother

How can Elom like me as anything more than friends I'm not anything special if anything I make his life harder so why would he like me. But more importantly do I like him? Like yeah sure whenever he hugs me I feel safe and whenever he calls my name or a nickname I go a bit weak and his dimples..... but other than that he's kinda annoying but like so is star and does he even look at me differently

Al these thoughts rushed through her head as she laid snuggled into her covers in her dark room before eventually falling into a peaceful slumber
