 Aurora's POV

Gliding down the central hallway I walk into my office glancing at the two vampires sitting across from my desk, guarded. They know not to test me. Good. Sitting down in my leather chair I look directly at Jason. I’ve never directly met him, but you can feel the power radiate off of him between the two.

“Jason, it is so wonderful to meet you, what do you have for me today?” I question, “Something good I hope, for your sake.”

“Actually I have found something ma’am, a wolf, claims he’s your mate. I took the liberty of meeting him; he has some books he said might lead to finding out how your… condition… came to be. Or happened. Not that it’s a bad thing m-ma’am.”  He quickly replies.

“Oh Jason, your overstepping your boundaries already. But I suppose you did do something of use.”

                “I-I-I’m truly s-sorry m-miss. I didn’t m-mean t-too, maybe if you just met-“

“I have absolutely no interest in meeting him you pathetic nit. It does not even concern you to begin with. Now tell me his name and leave before I rip your throat out Jason.” I snarl, at the look of their fear I know both eyes are glowing, one a venom red and the other a piercing green. Snapping my gaze to Jason's companion I jump out of my chair, trhowing myself at her using one hand to grip her pulsing neck and shove her into the wall. "Now Jason I suggest you run." Tearing her throat open, he starts to scream.
