Chapter 1 : Dark Vs Light

We only see the light and joy in the world when we are lost in a sea of darkness.

Darkness so thick and toxic, we poison ourselves and loose our way.

But before that darkness, there was light.

Light so pure and clear.

Everything is born a source of light. Of hope. Of peace.

It is only through our own choices we drag ourselves down into the dark.

A darkness of evil.

Evil is never born; it is made, created, through ourselves.

If your world was one of darkness, an eternal black, would you seek out the light to save you? Or would you drag it down into the eternal hell with you?

One drop.

A single drop of that sweetly sick red drink to touch your lips.

Blood

That's all it takes.

For a vampire to turn you...

Or kill you.

But then that's all it takes for you too.

For a human to weaken them...

Or kill them.

A/N : I have wanted to write a vampire story for so long, so now I am doing just that. A little teaser for what is to come. Also, like the book cover? Yeah, that's me as the woman ;)
