Happy Father's Day

"Happy Father's Day baby" Nala said slipping him a gift box. "What's this?" He asked Nala with an attitude. "What the fuck did I do to you?" Nala asked him with her arms crossed. "It's not you baby I promise. It's Destiny's ass she still won't let me see Tatum because you and I are together." Nala sat on the bed next to Christian debating if she should tell Christian or not.

Three weeks earlier
"Bitch, it is positive" Carma said with her mouth gaped open. "You lying" Nala said snatching the test from her best friends' hand. Nala stared down at the positive test with wide eyes. "Nala y'all were fucking without a condom for six months what the fuck did you think was going to happen?" "C, I am on birth control" Nala said in a confused tone. Nala thought about what her friend said and looked back down at the test that said she is 4 weeks pregnant. Nala got the digital test that tells you how far along you are. She pondered on what her friend said and said "ok I will tell him, but on Father's Day so it can be special." "Alright now awwww imma be a Godmommy. Present
"Earth to Nala" Christian said snapping Nala out her daze. "I am sorry baby what did you say?" Nala asked "I said I am sorry it isn't your fault. So can I see my gift so we can get ready for church." Nala handed him the box and when Christian opened it all Nala heard him say "are you fo real?" "Yea, are you mad?" "Baby why would I be I am happy ass fuck" he said grabbing Nala by her waist and swinging her around. "Oh I am sorry I don't want to upset the baby." "Boy!" Nala said hitting him "you ain't gonna upset the baby" "so when did you find out?" "Three weeks ago" Nala said "THREE WEEKS AGO! Baby why didn't you tell me then?" "I wanted to surprise you on Father's Day with this" she pulled out the ultrasound sound picture and Christian seen two human beings on it. "Ba-Baby....we are having twins?" Nala shook her head with tears in her eyes and when Christian looked up he was crying. He hugged Nala by the waist and said "I love you so much. Do you hear me I love y'all so much I promise y'all imma do right by mommy do you hear me? She is the reason I keep going hard to betta myself as a man and y'all big sister too. Now, y'all just gave me hope as well." Nala rubbed Christian's head as he cried on her stomach. "We love you too" she whispered to him.

When he stood back up he kissed Nala and thanked her. "What are you thanking me for?" "For my princes that you have in my stomach" he said with assurance. "What about Destiny? You know she carrying a boy too." "Maybe but I am with you." He said to Nala, Nala wanted so badly to tell him to test the baby, but that isn't her place to say something, but deep inside of her is telling her to tell him. "ITHINKYOUSHOULDTESTTHEBABY" Nala blurted out Christian looked Nala square in the eyes and said "say less" they got ready for church and headed out. When they arrived to church they heard a familiar voice "DADDDDDYYYYYY!" Tatum screamed running up to Christian, Christian scooped Tatum up into a big hug and hugged her super tight "Happy Father's Day daddy! I love you! Here I made this for you!" She said shoving a card into Christian's hand "hey Nala" Tatum said "hey Tay" Nala responded. "Open it, open it!" Tatum said hurriedly "ok, ok princess give me time to open it." Once Christian opened it he read it to himself and a tear formed in his eye "thank you so much, but you are the best daughter a man could have ever asked for." He kissed Tatum's cheek and put her back down

"My you are glowing" Christian's mother said to Nala. "Really?" Nala said with a clueless look on her face. "How many months are you?" She asked Nala "excuse me?" Nala said confused "I know you are pregnant when you have lived as long as I did and you have a lot of daughters you start paying attention to their bodies." She said with wisdom in her voice " I am two months" she shook her head and hugged Nala "congrats to the both of you I know that you will make my son happy. You already starting to change him and I am so glad that you came into his life when you did." Sadie looked down to make sure Tatum wasn't listening, but she said in a real low tone "I don't believe that baby Destiny is carrying is Christian's. Now, he can gon' and be stupid if he wants to, but he ain't my grand baby. I dreamt of two boys the same age for the last pass two months." Christian smirk when he heard his mama said two boys. "I told you" he said to Nala she smiled at him and slightly pushed his arm. They heard the pastor tap on the mic, and they proceeded to their seats.

For some reason today Christian felt like he should be closer at church today so instead of sitting were he usually sit he sat in the middle today. Nala followed suit she sat next to Christian and prepared herself to hear what the pastor had to say. Good morning! The pastor went on for another hour-in-a-half before he closed it by saying that they are serving all the father's food in the eating hall. Tatum was passed out so Christian picked her up and carried her to his truck. He closed the door before turning to his mom "do you want to come to the Juicy Crab with us?" "Sure do" "ok, ma we will meet you at your house."

They pulled up to his mom house and she parked her car in the garage and hopped in the truck. "Why this damn truck sit so high?" She asked him before hitting him. "Ouch! Ma! That hurt, and besides you know I am tall" he said before Nala laughed. "Well next time don't drive this damn car and thinking imma get back into it" they pulled up the Juicy Crab 45 minutes later. The wait was dumb long, but since Christian is well known their wait was only 15 minutes long. They headed to the back and sat down Nala looked at the menu and the smell of seafood made her stomach uneasy. "You ok baby?" Sadie asked her. "I don't think the babies like this smell too much." "Babies?" Tatum said with her face scrunched up. "Daddy Nala pregnant too?" Christian shook his head yes and said "yes Nala and I are having twins." "So y'all go together?" She asked "yes, is that a problem?" He asked her. "No, I like her a lot daddy" Tatum said with a smile.

After awhile Nala started feeling better after she took what Christian mom gave her. She was ready to order and the $20 combo was looking good, so she got the lemon pepper flavor, so did Christian and he shared it with Tatum, Mrs. Leon ordered the Cajun wings combo. They ate their food and chatted everything was delicious so Christian order them some more, but to go. Christian dropped his mom and Tatum off back at her house. He went back to their house he knew for a fact that Destiny wasn't going for Tatum spending the night since she knows that Nala is over here all the time. "I think it is messed up that she won't let you see Tatum because of me. Are you legitimize?" "Hell yea I did that shit when she was a month old, and imma do it with the twins too." After that he put clothes on, hopped in the bed and laid down. Christian wasn't ready to be tied down he like things the way they are so why fuck up a good thing.
