I walked onto the bus for the first day of 3rd grade, I took a seat in the back of the bus since people rarely sit back here, the bus was riding for a bit stopping at different stops.

Then a I saw a boy- probably the only boy that was in kindergarten, he didn't seem to notice me until he walked all the way to the back where I was, he glanced at me before looking away quickly and sitting in the seat next to mine, he was technically sitting next to me.

I gave him side glances taking him his features, puffy rosy cheeks, brown hair, doe eyes, and.. his lips.....

He caught my stare and blushed.

Oh so he's a shy boy.. cute.

"H-Hi.. i-is there s-something on m-my face?" The boy asked me, I widened my eyes a bit shaking my head almost immediately, i looked down at his lips again.

He blushed some more, "Ah- no there's nothing, it's just.. y-your l-lips look... s-soft? I MEAN- Nice? I MEAN- oh shoot I messed up," I stuttered out bits and pieces. Dang I messed up real time. Someone help. I inhaled a sharp breath.

"My name is Kim Taehyung- but you can call me Tae.. i-if you want that is," I gave him a warm smile. I noticed then that he had a tail and it was slightly swaying. I heard that happens when a Devil is happy? How cute. I guess this is what people call love at first sight. I snapped out of my trance when the boy looked a bit uncomfortable.

I widened my eyes, "I-I'm sorry for staring! It's just that.. you're so a-adorable," I bowed my head down in apology. He nodded and looked at my halo, he peeked down in the middle of the bus and it looked like he was looking at some other halos and horns, along with some tails, both black and white wings.

"Y-Your wings are p-pretty... I-I'm Jeongguk.." He said in a small voice, blushing at his words. I paused but then decided to grab his wrist and pull him over to my seat, he looked surprised. I smiled at him to try and make him more comfortable, it seemed to work as he held my hand.

I looked him in the eye giving him another warm smile, "Can I call you Kookie? And would you like to be friends?" I asked him with hope in my eyes, he looked down, then looked back up at me and nodded shyly. I hugged him softly and he returned it.

"S-So what do y-you want to d-do?" He asked playing with his fingers, he started blushing again.

"Adorable.." I mumbled, then he looked up with wide eyes, blush spreading to his ears.

"I-I.. huh?!" He seemed surprised, "I.. t-thank y-you.." Then he covered his face, only his lips showing, I once again stared at his lips forgetting he was in Kindergarten, I snapped out of the trance one I realized I was leaning forward, I jolted backwards quickly hitting my head on the window.

"Aish.." I rubbed the back of my head, then I noticed Jeongguk looked tense, I was confused, then I realized that I had grabbed his tail by accident, he was biting his lip, I put my hands up, letting go of the poor boy.

"I-I'm sorry! I didn't.." I trailed off, I noticed one small thing most people probably wouldn't notice. He licked his lips for a second before poking his cheek with his tongue. He nodded, we still had a long way to go, probably a few days before we reach the school, since it was in the sky so we were on a flying bus, which would seem crazy to humans.

Night came and the stars were twinkling, my eyes felt heavy and started to close, then I wandered off into dream land. I saw my mom and how happy she was when I came home from school, I ran to hug her, then I smelled perfume, I dug my face in her neck, then I woke up realizing you don't have many senses in a dream so I thought I was actually smelling something.

I woke up and smelled the scent again only this time I heard soft whimpers, along with feeling skin on my lips, I knew I was awake and that's when I opened my eyes, and Jeongguk was closing his eyes shut, the soft whimpers leaving his mouth, I backed up a bit still trying to adjust to the darkness, Jeongguk was still sleeping.

I sighed in relief thinking he was awake and just letting me go, I placed my head back, I wasn't tired anymore, more like I was afraid of falling asleep, I just asked Jeongguk to be my friend and was not going to lose him.

I couldn't help myself though and began leaning towards him, I put my head on his shoulder and wrapped my arms around his waist, he yawned and shuffled a bit.

I felt Jeongguk tense up in my hold, "Tae..? Is t-that you?" He whispered softly, I hummed in response, and he relaxed a bit, I pecked him on the cheek earning a squeak, I chuckled a bit and leaned in closer to him, not wanting to let go.

It reached morning, yawns being heard, then the bus driver stood up putting the bus on auto pilot, "Alright I heard some kissing in the back of the bus, please don't kiss each other at this age, at least not on the lips," I widened my eyes realizing it must have been me, I blushed and put my arm around Jeongguk's waist, that's when a kid spoke up.

"Oh sorry ma'am, it was me, I was practicing my kissing for when I meet my Prince Charming, I'm a boy but I started kissing my hand to make sure it's good," I looked at Jeongguk and he looked at me, then I let out the breath I didn't even know I was holding.

"I h-hope we g-get a room t-together H-Hyungie.." Jeongguk whispered holding my hand, his tail wagging a bit.

"Yeah.. me too," I told him smiling and hugging him. I thought I may have became a bit too attached, but I was a kid, could I really make that much? Plus I feel like I would be a top when I'm older, and Jeongguk would be a bottom- WHAT AM I THINKING?!

They will be in college, Jeongguk would start at the age of 18 though while Tae is 20 though, and for the sake of this story, Jeongguk is shorter than Tae, if I make any other Taekook ffs don't expect any of them to have Top!Kook, because Bottom!Kook is my religion.
