ღPreapare To Attack

A feeling of disgruntled agitation loomed over Hyunjin on his way back to the clan house.

What the hell was going on?

Entering the home he made his way to Chans room, only to find the man lying awake.

"Did you catch them?" Chan murmured.

"No, wait how did you know?"

"I heard a gas canister before blacking out".

"Oh, but why wasn't I affected?"

"Must've been the continents in the potion Woojin gave you, they make you immune to certain things for a while".

He just layed there staring at the celling.

He then turns to Hyunjin, "I'm gonna go get the others, meet us in the dining room, OK?"

He only nods in response.

Making his way to said room he sees the lights already on. Once inside I'm greeted by Felix who wears a shameful expression and before he can think against it  Hyunjin sits beside him and wrap what he hopes is a comforting arm around his shoulders.

Felixs leans into his touch and sion after the resr of the clan filters in from the door behind them.

As they take their seats Hyunjin notes the blanket of tension that encompasses the room.

Chan is the first to speak, "Hyunjin I don't think you've been introduced to Minho or seungmin yet".

"I-it's nice to meet you".

They both nod in his direction.

"I'm sorry I let the intruder get away", he sighs.

"We don't blame you, we're more concerned on the who and the why", they all nod in agreement at Felix's statement.

Changbin huffs in annoyance, "We know who it is, who else would know what toxins could knock us out like that".

"Right, I just didn't expect she'd be back so soon", Minho sighs.

"She?", Hyunjin voices in confusion.

"Yup, Min Yoonji, Minhos ex", Han says matter of factly.

"Oh, wow", Hyunjin mutters a little baffled.

"So, what's the plan?" Woojin questions.

"We prepare for an attack", Chan replies as he points to Woojins neck where a peach themed platster sits.

"Looks like they took some of our blood, most likely trying to figure out what powers we have and how to subdue them", he continues.

"Seems they couldn't get to all of us, we have Hyunjin to thank for that had he not been here we probably wouldn't stand a chance against what they're planning", Chan turns to said man with a smile.

He looks down as a heat flits across his face, "it wasn't much", comes the whispered response.

The whole table chuckles at his expense and Felix moves to pat him on the back.

"Alright, here's the plan".

Today's the day.

Everyone is visually on edge, they all know how insanely risky this plan. Especially since I couldn't get all the blood required.
