Getting Better

This chaprer isn't about my experiece facing depression.This is about getting better and some advice from me.
1.Try socializing more.That will help you a lot.
2.If you're not comtarble with socializing with a lot of people, try making a friend that you can get attached to. That person will help you pass your miserable state.
3.With the friend/friends you made, you can hang out and go to your fauvorite places and vice-versa.You can get to know each other.
Of course, this is my experiance. Your's can be a little diffrent or just completly paralel with mine.But it's worth trying. You don't have try if you are sure it will not work for you.
Getting better is always a good thing.
I know i may have not been so helpfull, but i tried giving some advice.
Anyway, i know that this is short, but that's about all the advice i can give. If this doesn't work you have to go and speak to a proffesional.
