Chapter 4~ The Diner

Levi led the way as we walked to god only knows where. I got lost in thought and didn't realize he had stopped, and bumped into him. He looked at me and smirked. "You're a ditz." He said. "Shut up.." I mumbled. "So where are we exactly?" I asked. "Isabel and Farlan's diner." He stated as we walked in. It was a homey kind of diner, I wouldn't expect Levi to like this place though. "My friends own this place, they're cool." He said as we led us to the back. "Uh Levi? Are we allowed to go back here?" I asked. "I work here dumbass, and they won't mind." He said rolling his eyes. "Levi!! Honey!! How are you? Oh, who's this? She's cute!" A red head yelled as she tackled Levi into a hug. He grunted and hugged her back, sorta. "I'm fine, and this is y/n." He said. "Ohhh the y/n?? Nice to finally meet the girl levi won't stop day dreaming about!" She smiles and pulled me into a hug. I blushed at what she had said and gently hugged her back. "Oh uh..nice to see you too..." I said nervously. Even though I try to act tough, I still get nervous meeting new people. "Oh you're so pretty..anyways FARLAN GET OUT HERE!" She yelled right in my ear. I cringed as Levi chuckled. "What? Oh my gosh you're loud. Oh levi hey." Farlan, I'm guessing said and patted levi on the shoulder. "Look who it is! The famous y/n!." Isabelle said as she pointed to me. Farlan smiled warmly and shook my hand. "Nice to meet you, levi has told us about you." He said. "Shut up.." levi rolled his eyes. I chuckled at his red face. "So would you like anything to eat?" Isabelle asked. "Oh uh...sure?" I said, more like a question. "I don't have any money on me though." I mumbled. "That's okay! It's on the house today!" She smiled. I nodded and smiled a thank you. Levi and I sat down at the bar table and orders what we wanted. "So, a diner huh?" I smiled and nudged him. "People always say that, it's a good place and Isabelle and Farlan are good people." He said sipping his Coca Cola. I nodded in agreement eating my fries. "So, do you want to come to my house when we're done?" He asked. "Oh uh sure yea, I'll just let my parents know." I said. After we finish he's eating we left to his house, it wasn't too far thankfully. When we got there his mom popped out of the kitchen. "Hello levi, oh who's this?" She asked. "Y/n, remember? She transferred back here cause her parents moved back." He replied. "Oh! Y/n it's been too long! You're so grown up! How are your parents?." She hugged me. "They're good, and thank you." I smiled at her. "Okay well you two have fun, but not too much fun! I'll bake some cookies!" She said excitedly. Levi sighed and then chuckled. "C'mon lets go to my room." I nodded and followed him up the stairs to his room.
