I woke up to the sound of someone entering a key card into my dorm room. In walked Avery, with Jordan following closely behind her.

"Oh, hey Adds." She said when she noticed I was awake. Her and Jordan plopped down on her bed. I turn behind me and notice Joey slowly waking up.

"Hey guys. What have you been up to?" I say, sitting up and rubbing my eyes.

"We went to go grab breakfast and walk around the town." She turns back to Jordan and smiles.

It's amazing how fast they fell for each other. Jordan returned the smile and gave her a small kiss on the cheek.

"Jordan get a room." Joey says as he sits up behind me.

"Says the one who's been in bed with someone all day." He replied back to him. Joey just rolled his eyes.

"Oh, shit. What time is it anyways?" I asked.

"It's 4:00." Avery answered.

I'm not the kind of person who sleeps all day. But waking up beside Joey was one of the best feelings in the world. I felt so safe and secure beside him. Even though I've only known him for a day.

"What do you say we go get dinner later?" Joey asks me.

"I'd love that."

Joey soon left my dorm to go shower and get ready in his. Jordan left with him too. I go straight to the shower and start getting ready. When I walked back into my room, Avery bombarded me with questions.

"Adds! Did you guys do it when we were gone? I left for a while on purpose. Was he good? Is that why you guys were asleep for so long?"

"God, Adds. No, we didn't do it. It's not like that with Joey."

"Too bad. Me and Jordan did."

"Avery!" I yelled, throwing a pillow at her.

JOEYS POV

"Fuck Jordan, what am I going to do?"

"What do you mean? Just take her to dinner?" He said, clearly not helping.

"No man, I want to make it special."

"I don't even know man."

I rolled my eyes and went to sit down on my bed. It was 4:30 and I wasn't going to pick Addy up around 7:00, so I didn't have much time to plan. Then, I suddenly had an idea- a picnic at my favorite spot in Boston. I hurried out of my room and ran down to the Dollar Store a block away. I picked up candles, a basket big enough to put food in, and a dozen red roses.

I ran back to my dorm and went to the kitchen to see what I could make. Fuck. I thought to myself. I'm a terrible cook. I went through every single cabinet to try to find something to make. Spaghetti. Yes.

I was frantic trying to make this spaghetti. I called my mom and asked her some dumb questions about boiling pasta, telling her I was cooking for Jordan and myself. I wasn't ready to answer all the relationship questions.

"Jesus dude, calm down." Jordan says as he walks into the kitchen, noticing how violently I'm stirring the spaghetti. I just ignored him. I couldn't help that I was nervous.

I made the food and packed it in some shit to keep it warm. I head to shower and take a quick one. I go into my room and put on a pair of black skinny jeans and a Red Socks shirt. I swear I was moving faster than I ever had. I put on a little bit of cologne and rub a towel through my hair. I go look in the mirror to give myself one final look. Fuck. She could do so much better.
