My Birthday Disaster

"Why do I need to be blindfolded?" I ask confused.

"You'll find out when you get inside."

"Ok."

Jonah holds my hand and leads me inside.

"Why's there loud music?"

No one answers me and Jonah takes the blindfold off.

"SURPRISE!!!" shouted everyone.

I hug Jonah.

"Thanks for the party."

"No problem."

"Let's dance."

"Ok then."

I follow Ariana, Selena, Tiffany and Bethany to a spot in the living room to dance. A lot of people came to my party and they probably don't even know me. I look around and my eyes set on Charlie talking to a random girl. Then I see Tate as I look around and I try to get to where she was standing.

"Hey Tate."

"Hey y/n. Happy Birthday!"

"Thanks Hun."

Me and Tate start talking about random stuff until I felt a tap in my shoulder. I turned around and it was Zach.

"Oh hey Zach."

"Do you wanna dance?" Zach asked.

"Yeah sure."

"Ok then let's find some space."

"Yeah we probably should."

"I think there's some by the drink bar."

"Ok let's go then."

I follow Zach to the drink bar and I see Charlie kissing a girl that I saw him talking to before I went to Tate.

"Uhmm Zach I'm gonna go to the bathroom." I say trying hard not to cry.

"Ok I'll be here when you come back."

I run up the stairs to my room to jump on my bed and cry myself to sleep.

15 minutes later*

"Y/n are you in there!?" shouted someone from outside the door.

"Who's there!?" I ask.

"It's me Zach can I come in?" he asked.

"Sure whatever."

Zach walks in and sees that I've been crying.

"Are you ok?" asked Zach clearly worrying about me.

"Charlie."

"What did he do?"

"He was kissing this random girl I saw him talking to."

"Come here."

Zach embraces me into a hug and I hug him back.

"I decided to come check on you because you said you were going to the bathroom. You were gone for ages so I was worried. Jonah also need to downstairs."

"Ok."

Me and Zach both walk downstairs to the party. Everyone turns to look at me and Zach because he had his arm around me. We realised and he took his arm off me.

"Y/n come stand next to me."

"Ok."

I walk up to the table where Jonah was. Then everyone sings happy birthday.

"Now it's time for y/n to make a speech."

"Do I have to?" I whisper to Jonah.

"Yes." he whispered back.
