Zach Likes Me

"I think Zach likes you y/n." said Jack out if the blue.

"What makes you say that?" I ask.

"Have you not seen the way he looks at you?"

"No I don't pay attention to the way people look at me."

"Well his cheeks go redder than usual."

"Even if he did like me why would he?"

"I don't know if you want I can ask him if he likes you."

"Thanks."

"No problem, best friends?"

"Obvs."

"Zach tells me everything, especially if he has a crush on someone."

"We should probably get the other bags."

"Yeah."

10 mins later*

"That's all of the bags."

"Yep. Who's for getting food?!" shouted Jack

"Me!" we all shout.

"Ok then everyone in the car."

We all get into the car and head to Chipotle.

"What're you guys getting?" asked Jonah.

"Bro you know what I like."

"Yeah I know but you're really picky."

"Not my fault."

"Same! He also complains when I'm picky!" shouted Zach.

Me and Zach both laughed. Then we high five eachother. And we bring our hands down while they're still touching and I feel a spark between us. I don't like Zach do I?

"You guys order and I'll get out and sit on one of the benches." I stated instead of sitting in the car.

"Fine then if you don't hear Jack beeping then you're gonna be left here alone."

"I. Don't. Care."

"But then I'll have your food."

"Then I'll go to McDonald's instead. McDonald's is better than Chipotle in my opinion."

"I'll stay with y/n then so if you do leave us she's not in her own."

"Looks like y/n and Zach are dating." said Daniel with googly eyes.

"At least I can get a boyfriend, Seavey and I and Zach aren't dating."

Everyone in the car looked at me in shock then they all laughed including Daniel.

"That's was a good one y/n."

"You're welcome."

"Let's get this food and leave y/n and Zach alone."

"Thanks Jack at least someone isn't being an idiot about Zach wanting to stay with me."

Me and Zach both walk out of the car while they go to the drive thru. We find a bench close to where Jack dropped us off.

"Jack told me that you and him are best friends."

"Yeah we are. He also said that you like me apparently."

"I like you as a friend."

I looked at Zach's face and I could tell his cheeks were redder than usual.

"You're cheeks have gone bright red."

"Ok you caught me. I do like you more than a friend. Do you feel the same way?"

I ignore his question and I shiver because it's really cold. Zach takes off his hoodie and gives it to me.

"No I can't you're gonna get cold."

"I'd rather it be me being cold than you."

"Thanks."

I take his hoodie and put it on. I then lay my head on his shoulder.

"Well then do you like me more than a friend?"

We hear a beep and turn around. It was the guys.

"Come on you two."

We walk up to the car and get inside.

"You can have your hoodie back now."

"Nah you can keep it."

"Thanks."

"Zach and y/n you both have the same so you can share yours."

"That's fine by us."

"Y/n are you wearing Zach's hoodie?" questioned Charlie.

"Why would you care?"

"What's up with you two you guys are meant to be dating?" asked Daniel confusingly.

"We were until HE kissed a girl at MY party. Then when I confronted him about it he LIED to my face. Then you ask if we can still be friends. You have to EARN my friendship."

"Wow dude that's low y/n is a nice person and she doesn't deserve that."

"Thanks Corbs."

"No problem."

"Y/n clearly doesn't deserve you if you're gonna do that. You have to treat women with respect. Not like they're a piece of dirt on the ground."

"Y/n Zach clearly does like you!" shouted Jack.

"JACK!!" shouted Zach.

Jack then realises that Jonah said none of them were allowed to like or date me.

Jonah asks angrily, "Wait Zach you like y/n?"

"As a friend yeah nothing more."

"Ok good."

When we get to the house I jump out the car and run inside the house and sit on the couch.

"Someone's very eager."

"Shush Daniel. I'm hungry so I gotta eat my food so, Zach hurry the heck up!" I shout.

"I'm here. You need to calm down."

"I'm hungry ok."

I grab the bag off Zach and get my food and my drink then I run upstairs to my room. I can't believe Zach likes me. Do I like him back? No I can't I just broke up with Charlie. Why do I have to have feelings? Maybe it's just a little thing.

Zach's P.O.V

Why is y/n avoiding my question? Maybe she just doesn't like me back. The rest of the guys sit down while Ariana, Selena, Tiffany and Bethany go upstairs.

"Uhmmm Jack can I talk to you?"

"Yeah sure Zach."

Jack follows me to the kitchen.

"Yeah what's up?"

"Well I told y/n that I liked her while you and the guys went to get the food. She ignored me when I asked her if she felt the same way."

"Zach, you made a mistake."

"How?"

"You know that she broke up with Charlie so she needs time to move on. That means you have to let her get over Charlie first."

"Ok."

"We should probably get back to eating before our food gets cold."

"Yeah that's a good idea."

Sorry for this being a long chapter again. It's just I get so into it I just go on and on. There's gonna be pictures in the next chapter.
