"Another round!!" Jiraiya exclaimed, slamming his already empty glass onto the table. His cheeks were flushed red and a big grin was spread across his face. Kakashi sensei laughed, throwing his head far back, almost falling out of his chair. This action made all of the kids go into a fit of giggles. They never got to see the adults like this, and it was the most enjoyable thing ever!

Everyone was gathered at a newly opened restaurant after a long day of completing missions. They thought it was finally time to get together and socialize, which they didn't have much time for nowadays.

Jiraiya had ordered plenty of drinks (obviously) for the adults to enjoy, and it would be a lie to say that the kids hadn't snuck a few sips in throughout the night. Sakura and Naruto were sitting next to each other, enjoying the energetic company. Rock lee was now on top of the table, somehow already half-naked, dancing and singing random tunes. This turn of events got even the shy Hinata to laugh out loud. Actually, saying they only  took sips might be an understatement.

Naruto turned to his pink-haired friend, only to see she was in a conversation with Tenten about a girly matter he didn't care about. Even though the room was thriving with life, Naruto couldn't help but feel detached from it all, like something was missing. But, Naruto pushed the thought away, brushing it off as the alcohol thinking. He put on a usual smile and talked to his friends about new techniques and fighting styles.

Finally, after a long night of socializing, everyone said their goodbyes and made their ways home. Naruto's home was a bit farther out than everyone else's, so he found himself in silence fairly quickly, the only noise that filled the air was his footsteps and breath. He was a bit woozy, but nothing a good night's rest wouldn't fix.

He wrapped his arms around his chest, surprised by the sudden chill around him. He had stupidly left his jacket at home and was left only in his black t-shirt. He looked up at the stars to help him ignore the coldness. They shined bright tonight, lighting up a bit of the abandoned roads.

Naruto was coming close to his house, only an alleyway separating him from now and wonderful sleep. He let this thought distract him, not noticing a figure in a black hood lingering close to him.

A sudden noise behind Naruto pulled him from his daze as he whipped his head around to confront the stranger. As his eyes set on the shadow, Naruto gasped. It was much darker in the ally way, but Naruto had no doubt of who this person was. There was no way he couldn't recognize that really bad haircut and slouched pose.

"Sasuke!!" Naruto proclaimed, with a great smile, "Dude, where were you earlier?" Naruto had dearly missed his friend's company at the party, but he felt whole now that he was here again. Sasuke stepped closer to Naruto, not saying anything. Naruto's words hung onto the air for a moment, and he let them linger there before speaking again.

"You know, everyone was asking about you! It's different when you're not there..." For some odd reason, Naruto was surprised by his last statement. His face turned a tinge of red, and to counteract this strange feeling, he scratched the back of his head and let out a laugh. Naruto regretted drinking the alcohol, obviously, it messed with his emotions. It was the alcohol doing that, right? But the awkwardness continued, for Sasuke still hadn't said anything, still only inching forward.

For a second, Naruto had thought that maybe this wasn't Sasuke and only just a random guy just trying to make his way home. But Naruto knew it was him, Sasuke had gotten close enough for Naruto to see his face.

"Hellooo? Anyone there?" Naruto turned his head sideways and leaned down, looking up his friends hood. Why was Sasuke acting so weird?

A single heartbeat. That was the only time Naruto had to react. Looking at his friend's face, a single feature stuck out to him, like a dragon in a horse pen. Sasuke's eyes, hidden under the hood, were blood red. And no, they were nothing like Sharingan, they- they, the entire eye was red!

In a flash of movement, Naruto was slammed into the wall, hitting his head hard on the cold bricks. He completely sobered up then, as he squinted up at Sasuke, who was now towered over him. Sasuke's hood was flown off, revealing his hunger-driven expression. Naruto stared at his friend, confused, frightened, and though he would never admit it, a bit turned on.

"Do you ever shut up?" Sasuke suddenly growled, catching Naruto off guard. Sasuke was acting like his old, nasty self. Naruto gulped and sunk into himself. With just that shift, Naruto could feel the strength in his friend's grip on his arms, squeezing him in place. Naruto knew that no matter how much he struggled, he would never be able to break free.

Naruto opened his mouth to say something, but his lungs seemed to close, holding him in place, not even letting him breathe. Suddenly, Sasuke's expression changed from being nasty to more apologetic, but his grip stayed the same.

"I-I-I'm sorry, I didn't mean..." Sasuke whispered, looking deeply into Narutos eyes. He couldn't bear to look into his friend's eyes anymore, so instead, he looked at the floor. Naruto's face was hot, he knew that for sure, but the reason was unclear. He attempted to say something again, only a sentence coming out.

"W-what are you doing?" His voice cracked, even in the low murmur. Sasuke froze for a second, really thinking about what he was about to commit, but it must be done. Sasuke's right hand slowly dragged up Naruto's arm, sending chills throughout Naruto's entire body. It wrinkled up Naruto's sleeve and finally rested on his shoulder. He grabbed the neckline of Naruto's shirt. Sasuke slipped it down, exposing his shoulder and a bit of his chest. Naruto gasped and tried to grab at Sasuke, but Sasuke held him down again and pushed their bodies closer. Naruto's eyes shot up to Sasukes. Though they were different, he knew his friend was still there.

"W-w-w-what..." Naruto stuttered. He could feel his heartbeat in his chest, he thought he was going to throw up. Naruto's instincts were telling him to run as far away as possible, do something, anything! But his body had another thing in mind. He couldn't explain it, it was like a desire, a need to be here. He craved to know what was going to happen next.

Sasuke leaned in now, right up to Naruto's ear. Naruto could feel his friend's breath echo throughout his entire body.

"I'm sorry, Naruto, forgive me. I will explain everything later." Sasuke whispered into Naruto's ear. Sasuke's mouth opened wide and Naruto saw a glint of light reflecting off his sharp teeth. Sasuke leaned into Naruto, centimeters now away from his exposed skin. Naruto felt his body shiver but didn't dare move.

"I'll be gentle," Sasuke whispered. And just like that, Sasuke's teeth enclosed around Naruto's neck. Naruto flinched at the sudden movement, gasping in air. His head shot up as he swallowed a moan. Sasuke continued to suck the juices out from his bloodstream, pulling Naruto closer, diving deeper and deeper into his neck.

Naruto pinched his eyes, enduring the pain shooting across his body, though it wasn't terrible. Naruto blushed furiously, he could hide it no longer. He started to feel tired, like deep in a pile of mud, impossible to move, the only thing he wanted to do was fall into a deep sleep.  His breathing steadied as he leaned into Sasuke's hair. He breathed in the familiar scent. This experience was bizarre, that might be an understatement, but Naruto felt the most at home and protected that night, passing out into Sasuke's arms.
