Species: Anthropomorphic Lizard

Ability: She has a type of elemental control ability— she can manipulate water, whether it's causing it to rain, using water from a body of water, or even manipulating the water inside of someone's body. She is able to control the water with her mind, which suggests that she has some form of telekinesis, though only with water. She was experimented on in a lab a good portion of her life, though not even she was let in on what they were trying to accomplish, so her abilities are still a mystery to her.
She is also able to control the temperature of the water, able to boil it or freeze it, but this can only be accomplished through emotion. She sometimes has trouble making herself feel a certain way, so this technique needs a lot more practice.

Ability: Her "supernatural" ability is mentioned above in the Dynamix Sheet. Her other abilities include being able to breathe underwater, as she can breathe through her skin (though she also has lungs).
Appearance: Elisabeth is purple with dark purple patterns, and she has a crest with five soft "spikes", and the canopy-like crest is a darker purple. Her eyes are green, and she has a heavy brow, which can make her neutral expression look ticked off (as you'll see in the picture below). She has the fingers and toes you'd see on an amphibious lizard, of course, and she has a rather long tail.
