I can't really get what just went on inside.Why did they ask if I was one of them?Which people were they referring to??Is Kheilaf the guy I think he is?.Just then I felt a light tap on my shoulder.I turned just to come into contact with Kheilaf face.
''Kheilaf,I. ...'',I was stopped from continuing when he placed his hand on my lips
''Shhhhh....I know Brit,but this is not the right time for it.Trust me''
I just stared blankly at his sad face as he embraced me.We were still in that position when he finally drew from that hug which took almost thirty minutes. We both sat on a bench in the garden at the back of the house with the party ongoing.I didn't know what to even say again until he broke the silence.
''I'm sorry Britney'',he said with his head lowered and his hand just between his thighs.I felt sorry for him eventhough I didn't have any reason for that.
''And what are you apologising for dimwit?'',I said.
''For...for putting u into this mess'',he said still with his head lowered. I smacked his head so hard that he raised his head to look at me
''And what was that for...'',he asked with a worried face.
''We came for a party ,not for this fuss you are making here. C'mon let's enjoy the party and cut this drama''
