Chapter Thirteen

KHEILAF.

I stood by my car for a while with my hands on my head.What have i done?.Was there any need for me to tell her or wasn't it the right time?.What the hell was Zara even doing here?I thought she had left for good.Why did she come back?
I had so many question streaming in my mind.The last thing i could get myself to do was to hit the tyre on the passenger's seat with my leg continuosly until i realised that what i was doing couldnt bring her back to give me a goodnight  kiss or  her to forgive me.Even if she would, i dont think it would be anytime soon.what about me taking her out on saturday?Would she like to go out with me after everything?.

I got more and more devastated when i realised that the only person who could answer my questions genuinely just run off.I sighed and went back to my car when i realised no matter how many "please i want to talk to you" messages i sent to her phone couldnt solve the problem since she wasnt even reading it.

I drove off after this realisation hit me.I didnt know whether to head home or not.I went back to the party to take a few shots but tried as hard as possible to get my sh*t together without causing any scene.I went to the bartender and ordered whisky.I just wanted to live in the moment and forget about everything that happened today.After two shots ,i saw someome coming close to me ,Zara.How dare she?After all the havoc she has caused I just took ome more and tried to move from the bench before she arrived but i lost balance and was about to fall until she held unto me.

"Let go of me, Zara."

"Is that how to thank someone after saving your ass?"

"Just let go."I was able to struggle free from her grip and walk towards the door .I could still hear footsteps following me.I just ignored her and was about to move to the driver's seat when she came in between myself and the car.

"You can't just leave like ,  Kheil.You look too bad to drive now.I can just take you to my house so we continue what we started before i left."She tried to bring my head towards her to kiss me but i was so annoyed i just pulled her by the arm from the car which resulted in me landing on the floor.I stood up with support from someone who i realised was one of my friends ,Jayson.

"Thanks buddy", and went on to continue with my unfinished business , driving home .

"But u can't go home like this, Kheil."

"That's just what i told him Jayjay, but he is stubborn enough."

"Will you  just shut your fu*king mouth  up.You messed up my life already, so leave me the fuck alone"
