chapter 21

Jafir POV.
We finally completed the Qatar project. Yasmine was so happy, because it meant we were going to take break.
Durring the break, she spent so much time with me. We will go out to so many places. Her siblings said she was scarce. Summayyah grew hatred for me, that I had snatched her best friend.
One night she tried to pretend she was sleeping in my house. I played along and carried her. Then I took her outside and put her in my car. I took her home. Then I woke her up and said goodnight. I ran out of her house immediately.

Sherrif's POV.
I was at Starbucks with Jafir and Yasmine. I felt intimidated. Then I told them, there were intimidating me. They looked at each other and burst into laughter. I'll get my sherrifa one day I said pointing at Jafir. They both hissed at me.

I stumped out of Starbucks. Then Arab grabbed me. Where is Jafir?, he asked. With Yasmine I answered looking worried. Yeah..... Pa just called me, Arab said holding his head. And it is not good, he said shaking his head.He said he was going to Malik's house. I should get Jafir, and come join them.

Hey Jafir don't you have any friends, yasmine asked feeding him cake. No he doesn't I said because he is mean. My prince, let's go we have a problem, I said. Can't it wait he said trying to swallow the cake. I bent my head to the side like a girl, then I held the table and said the problem has to do with Pa. Jafir stood up immediately, telling Yasmine bye. Then we left.

Jafir's POV
First you didn't answer his call. Now he said you should come back to Riyad, Malik said. For what? Zayad asked. What's today date? Sherrif asked. Today is 4th of July.
Exactly! Sherrif exclaimed. He wants you to come get married, because that's when he got married  in the month of July,sherrif added. To who? Arab asked, Mahi? Let's ask the queen Zayad suggested. How? I asked. He started pointing at himself, that's how we will know. Zayad has a way of convincing my mom to talk, because he is a good secret keeper. We called her, she refused to talk. He pleaded, but she didn't listen. Then she hanged up.

Let's call Mahi and ask her, Malik suggested because she can't keep her mouth shut. I sent her back to Riyad some days ago. After she found out I was dating Yasmine, she tried to hit her with her car on a pedestrian cross. She was taken to the police station. I came to bail her out. I asked why she did it. She told me, and started crying it's because she loves me. I told her keep your love for me and take it back to Riyad. That's how she left Singapore.

Hello Mahi. My prince she said sounding really delighted. Are you happy about our wedding now, she said. Nice one, smart move Mahi, but I'll never marry you, I said dropping the call. God that girl annoys me. So it's Mahi guys. They turned to look at me. seriously I hate that girl, Zayad said, sounding really sad.

Mahi's POV
Hmmm.... My prince, I got you right were I wanted you. Now you will come back to me and put a ring on me. Haaaahaaa.

How did you do it? Mama asked me. Mom, just a little bit of tears and fake photos. Fake photos of who she asked. Yasmine, of course, I said taking a walk round the table. I was able to convince the king and queen, that Yasmine was not good enough for Jafir with a few fake photos of her. I showed them a girl without hijab, she exposes her body, and she was ugly.

Jafir's POV
My highness.... No..... Wait.... She is not like that. What did he say? Sherrif asked. He said I either propose to Yasmine or he wants to see my in Riyad this next week Saturday. Today is Sundays, so we have got 13 days, Arab said.

Then propose to her, Arab said. Are you nuts, do you want my experience with Jasmine to reoccur, I said. You both have a point, sherrif said.

Or you can marry Mahi, without yasmine knowing you did. Keep Mahi in Riyad. Then come back to Singapore, to be with Yasmine sherrif suggested. So you want me to lie to her I asked sherrif. That's right he said nodding his head. I slapped his Rida of his head.

We just need to prevent Zafrina from telling her Zayad reminded us. That's true Zafrina is with Yasmine. I sent sherrif to go get her quickly.

Zafrina's POV.
Zafrina where are you going, Yasmine asked me. I was planning to go tell Jafir about him getting married to Mahi. I can't tell Yasmine yet she might flip. Uhhmmm..... Jafir said I should come over to his house. Oh really? She asked. Yeah.... I said running out. I got into my car and the guards close the door. on my way out I met sherrif.

He was surprisingly glad to see me. We rearranged the convoys, heading straight to jafir's house.

He knew about his marriage to Mahi, but he told me not to tell Yasmine.
